This was amazing. After doing the left side I felt completely melted into the floor on the left side. I am right side leg and hand dominant and wow the right side was challenging . I definitely felt better after the whole series but wow are my right illiacus and illiopsoas tight tight tight! Oh! I think when I try this later I will start on the right side. If you can recommend specific sessions that help to soften the illiacus and illiopsoas, I would be greatly appreciative! I am always looser and happier in both body and spirit after any and every session I explore with your playful suggestions! Thank you so much! I love that you bring your family into sessions. 😃
When I saw the thumbnail I thought that was you Alfons, but wearing a wig! 😂 Thank you for another wonderful exploration into hip freedom. And thanks to your brother for being your student, it was interesting to see you work with another body.
It was so interesting to watch how you guide your brother - so different when you are exercising yourself. The best teacher ever!!! And I understand that your brother felt disconnected - the joint had a space between bones - greatest feeling. Thank you for all the experience from each and every video you post...
Really enjoying your videos thank you so much! There is a lot to learn mind, body and spirit. I love the way your questions, explore and follow the movements ☺💞👌🏽
Wow, I thought it would be so easy. Right from the get go, there was a lot of tension in the groin area while bending the leg and sliding the knee up and down. I am looking forward to more practice in letting go. It was easier on my back. Intense stretch for my neck as well. 👍Thank you!
THIS THE ONE !! I been doing this for a month and I’m almost dunking !! I’m 5’7” and had major scoliosis before finding you by the way !! You are a God ! Question: will you do a continuation after we are able to grab the foot with our hand ?
Yes, good question, but I would like to see your creative work too, where would you go from there? What possibilities emerge from this position? Don’t cage those wild horses, just watch them run
You are the best instructor. Your mechanics make a lot of meaning and sense. The whole world should be following you. Thank you.
Great video Alfons, nice to meet your brother too!
I have been having trouble sitting cross legged for a while. This really helped me. Thanks so much.
Good to hear! And what coincidence: Upcoming lesson (end of August 2023) will address that too!
Thank you, feel very tall and rooted. And Hello to Alfron's brother
