    I would always get bad headaches around the trochlea, and massaging this point for about 1-2 mins got rid of all of the pain there, all of the other videos I watched seemed to overlook that area so thank you for bringing it to light.

      @dradamfields  3 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      My joy to shed light on that area. Could be a trochlear headache.

      @@dradamfields I think I have primary trochlear headache but neuro treating for migraine. I was going to ask for the lidocaine/steroid injection, but I prefer to try your massage technique first. Thank YOU so much!! I agree with the others, you are a GREAT teacher!

    I am SO GRATEFUL to have found you and this video! I’ve been struggling with eye strain, migraines, tough recovery from congenital cataract surgery and vision changes, you name it. My eyes are so tight and tired that it hurts to simply tilt/look up to put in PF artificial tears. After completing this video, NO MORE PAIN when tilting my head to put in drops! Also, my occipitalis muscle itself has less knots and the trigger points have relaxed. (That part blew me away !) I haven’t felt this encouraged in a long time. Thank you so much for putting this out there for us. I am grateful!!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻💜💜

    I found this video since starting your sinus lymphatic drainage videos. I have wanted to try eye exercises since glasses were recommended for me and I understood the underlying approach to using glasses actually reduced the capability in one of the 2 eyes. At 71 I am using readers strength 2.75. I have been diagnosed with Fuchs Dystrophy and hope these exercises prevent any further deterioration.

    These are really good. I recently found out the sub occipital muscles are related to the cranial nerves that move your eyes. By putting your hands on the occipital and moving only your eyes you can feel the muscles contract! Thank you for the great video!

    Hi Adam, I just want to say thanks again for your amazing videos. You inspired me to visit my local chiropractor a few weeks ago and he discovered that my migraines are being caused by persistent eye strain due to a misalignment in my neck. I am still undergoing treatment but have already seen huge improvements and I am really hopeful for a pain free future 🥰 My homework is to work on
    my symmetry and I wondered if these eye exercises would help, they seem like they would? Many thanks again for all your help 😀, love Lucy xxx

    My red eyes are absolutely frightening me...I love holistic care. I am committed to this self-care in hopes of improvement. Will let you know. Have used your videos for some time. One time I used the sinus relief on a one year old in a day care setting, she was so stuffed up during nap. It worked like a charm, it was hilarious...ALL the boogers came out almost immediately after rubbing her little cheeks. I am hoping for similar results from your eye strain work, I went without distant glasses for a few years for some idiotic reason, and was doing a lot of driving, was not even wearing sunglasses. Your vidoes are so super neat, though, they make me laugh and I hope to maintain some of them when I'm older...I will still know them from using them so often!

    8:56 clarification on this part? We're gently pressing the eyeball itself? In what direction, laterally across the face without squishing, or inward towards the interior of the skull, or sort of rolling it, or....?

    • @dradamfields
      @dradamfields  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    (non-stop) dull pain on my left eye, eyebrow, left side of the head. I tried everything and went to a bunch of doctors. do you know what it could be by any chance?

      Hi Ana, I wish I could tell you that with such little info. It would have to be by a revelation from the Almighty ; )
      I hope you have seen a good chiropractor and a therapist who is familiar with trigger point therapy to rule those out. Also, look into a chiropractor that does cranial work. I do endonasal cranial adjusting and manual cranial adjusting.
      If you see a chiro and you are still stuck, go to my website and book a telehealth appointment. We can play detective together and get you to the next level. There are a lot of possibilities.
