    You don't start your video with eye-scalding, eardrum bursting graphics and music. You don't bawl "Hi, I'm Rumpelstiltskin your ...". You don't waste our time informing us that sinusitis hurts. You get right down to business, speak softly and encouragingly and explain clearly how to do the exercises and massages. Thank you. My headache is in full retreat and I just subscribed.

    I am so grateful and thankful for you taking the time to share your knowledge of how our body systems work. These three videos have provided me with so much relief the past three days. I cannot take over the counter sinus or cold meds due to thyroid issues and what you provided me with was pain relief, drainage, pressure release and comfort through this illness. Thank you so much!

Congestion became a little less severe throughout the video but not totally cleared up because I'm just too congested right now. I appreciate the time and effort you've taken into making these videos. You're really encouraging, helpful and remind me that self-care is important. Thanks so much, sir.

    I was just put on amoxicillin for possible infection in back sinus cavity, breath fine through nose except at night then they clog up , was curious if and covid long haulers are having problems with that location ? Has gotten so bad I have lymph glands swollen in neck , CT scan ect horrible headaches , light sensitivity, stiff neck wouldn't wish this on anyone. Had omnicron last nov suspect that's where my issues began. Thanks for helping those you help.

    I've been suffering for weeks now. Did just about everything. Antibiotics, nose spray ,water and salt. Chiropractor, acupuncture. Allergy medicine. Now my ears are plugged. Trouble hearing. Noise bothers me. Headache. I run in to you . So glad I did. 😊 You are breath of fresh air . So pleasant. When I close my nose and breath one ear I could hear the air . That's kind of scary . Just one ear . I have lots of phlegm. For a while now. I puked few times. This exercise helps me a lot . I think the Chiropractor I have seen 4 times isn't doing enough for me. It cost me $250 He didn't show me this exercise. He should have do a massage of my face like you . I thank you for your demonstration. I will be practicing until this pain and my ears can hear.for few days. Thank you so much . 💓

    I honestly did not know how clogged my sinuses have been and think its negatively affected my sleep too.
    It got bad that it felt like there was a knot deep in my eye. It was very hard to sleep without distracting myself.
    The ER doctors dismissed me and assumed I had psychosomatic pain... But later the next day my eyes and brows felt so full and tired that I had no choice but to let them relax deeply. Thats when that knot suddenly started dissolving and I felt some relief.
    These exercises are really getting a lot of fluid moving. Its just wild that there still feels like so much!
    No more sodas or artificial flavored drinks either.
    Having the feeling of a clear head enough to relax comfortably is just too important for me now. Hard to realize how much you value something until it starts to go.
    Yikes!

    I was a bit sceptical but I'm having really painful sinuses due to a sinus infection so decided to try it after coming across it on TH-cam
    And I'm happy to admit not only did it help open up my nostrils, but the pain has gone down from an 8 to about a 3 (on a scale of 1-10 where 10 is extreme pain). So thanks!

    My husband has tinnitus, pressure and pain in his ears all the time which actually effects his ability to concentrate and work. What’s interesting is that l can tell when it’s worsening when his eyes get puffy. We’ve tried everything, absolutely everything except these exercises. We’ll give it a go. Thanks very much from Oz.

    • @dradamfields
      @dradamfields  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      : ) Hi Cathryn, That may be inflammation or allergy. I would do an elimination diet. Start with one food for a couple days (like watermelon) and slowly add more foods to see if there is a change in his eyes/tinnitus. If that doesn't work, start looking at where he's been as far as trees, places that may have mold, grasses, etc. If that doesn't work, schedule a telehealth apt with me. Take care

    • @cathrynnott2797
      @cathrynnott2797 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks very much, his eyes aren’t actually puffy but look puffy or like he is ‘stoned’ ( excuse my analogy), but it’s the only way to describe it. He is coeliac so l think that’s something to do with it, if he accidentally consumes gluten.

    I am a trained energy healer and have tried so many things in this past week. This is my third time with Covid and with each time it gets worse and worse with cranial, sacral migraines sinus congestion. My friend showed me the video today, and it amazes me because our body has the innate ability to heal itself…is all we have to do is realize that our hands are loving, energized instruments and that’s all we need to get on all these pressure points instead of taking all these pills that doctors prescribe.❤❤❤❤❤
    Thank you for taking the time to make this video, 🙏🙌
    I will be sure to share it with my clients.

      @@bilalasim6289 Aye, I'm on prescription meds for it with my doctor, and when I get a sinus headache these exercises clear it completely. My migraines are helped as well though - If I had to guess, I'd say the migraine causes swelling that blocks the sinuses, and draining them like this helps relieve the pressure and allows things to flow, so your body can correct the imbalance that caused the migraine to begin with. It works wonders - I had a migraine 2 weeks ago that rendered me unable to see straight, and doing these exercises cleared pressure and helped me to focus well enough to get to my meds. Previously I would have just cried and tried to sleep, the pain was so bad.

    Wow. I could breathe clearly on my right nostril on the last excercise but had a hard time on my left which is also the side my clogged ear is on. It's been clogged for two months. I will have to keep trying this. I can see it already started to help. Thank you. Hearing lots of crackling after doing that excercise in my ears. Hope thats a good sign.

    Question when you say drain… does that mean having mucus released from the sinus pressure points or actual fluid from the nose… I felt better after doing three of you videoed but no fluid drained from my nose although I felt pressure release from my face

    Thank you so much for these videos on sinus drainage- they have helped me so much. I’ve got Covid and have been really unwell. I’ve not slept properly for weeks because of the congestion and headaches. I felt like I was suffocating 😢. These massage techniques have given me so much relief I can’t even describe it. Last night I slept like a baby 😊

    You are wonderful. Your strategies really help, I have a special request if possible for even greater personal success. I am in my seventies and I have to take my glasses off to do the exercises so would it be possible to do even more close-ups ? I don’t want to do anything incorrectly. At present, I watch it first with my glasses on!

      Hi Norma, I have the same issue since I wear glasses with a fairly strong prescription. I do Dr. Fields Sinus routines about 2 times a day. I've found that since I've been doing them for several weeks, now I know the exercises and I can do them using his voice cues with my glasses off.

    • @barbt4812
      @barbt4812 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Norma...in the bottom right hand corner of the You Tube screen, there is an icon...if you click on it, the You Tube video will expand to fill the entire screen. Might that help you to see Dr. Fields better? It helps me. (if you click on it again, then the You Tube video will go back to its previous screen size).
