I am 73 yrs young and from Ontario , my mom was a baker and so was my father and you are by far a great baker and your methods are so much easier then the old way , my hands are arthritic and I use my stand mixer a lot but I love this recipe and its so much easier to use for this old gal , keep up the great work I love watching and making a lot of your recipes....

Beautiful breads. I love your kitchen too. As a young teenager my Dad taught me to make bread, but he was surprised I had let it rise 3 times. 1-1/2 hours, then 30 min., final rise in the oven in Grandmothers glass pans. Never a complaint, wonderful bread. If I didn't stand over it until cooled he would help himself to the heel of hot bread. After he taught me to make bread, we never had store bought again. It was a labor of Love.

I never write comments about recipes, but I had to write and say THANK YOU! This recipe was so easy to make and came together so easily. I did use my Bosch mixer, and used the "M"setting to mix the dry ingredients, setting ""1 to mix until it was all mixed and all the sides were cleaned, then setting "2" for 10 minutes. It was delicious. This is now my go to wheat recipe. Can't wait to explore your other recipes.

Wonderful recipe and helpful tips. I use a digital kitchen thermometer to get my water temp perfect for the yeast. I also used my KitchenAid. I put a small pan of hot water in the oven to create a warm place for the bread to rise. I cover my bowl with plastic wrap. I cut recipe in half and it turned out delicious. Thank you Bonita.

Too simple to follow ,to bake a whole wheat flour bread . I baked following the simple instructions and the bread came out to be real delicious .thanks .

I wanted to share I made your recipe this morning. I let it rise twice! I used a xtra long Pullman type loaf pan and made one huge loaf. I also did your rolling of dough into sections and filled the pan. Deeee-licious. Next time i need to double the recipe to 14 cups. It goes fast. Thank you.

Bonita, thanks much for an easy to follow tutorial. You are sweet! I have the same enormous Tupperwear mixing bowl in my kitchen Been using it for almost 40 years. I have been trying to bake whole wheat bread for a long time but it always comes out too heavy and dry. Your recipe looks perfect. I stocked up on flour when we were threatened in March in the USA with lockdown and shortages of certain pantry items. I can bake a lot of bread yet!

Beautiful breads. I love your kitchen too. As a young teenager my Dad taught me to make bread, but he was surprised I had let it rise 3 times. 1-1/2 hours, then 30 min., final rise in the oven in Grandmothers glass pans. Never a complaint, wonderful bread. If I didn't stand over it until cooled he would help himself to the heel of hot bread. After he taught me to make bread, we never had store bought again. It was a labor of Love.

I am definetly going to try making it tried one earlier but it came out very dense this recipe seems to be good
I never write comments about recipes, but I had to write and say THANK YOU! This recipe was so easy to make and came together so easily. I did use my Bosch mixer, and used the "M"setting to mix the dry ingredients, setting ""1 to mix until it was all mixed and all the sides were cleaned, then setting "2" for 10 minutes. It was delicious. This is now my go to wheat recipe. Can't wait to explore your other recipes.

Wonderful recipe and helpful tips. I use a digital kitchen thermometer to get my water temp perfect for the yeast. I also used my KitchenAid. I put a small pan of hot water in the oven to create a warm place for the bread to rise. I cover my bowl with plastic wrap. I cut recipe in half and it turned out delicious. Thank you Bonita.

I wanted to share I made your recipe this morning. I let it rise twice! I used a xtra long Pullman type loaf pan and made one huge loaf. I also did your rolling of dough into sections and filled the pan. Deeee-licious. Next time i need to double the recipe to 14 cups. It goes fast. Thank you.

Bonita, thanks much for an easy to follow tutorial. You are sweet! I have the same enormous Tupperwear mixing bowl in my kitchen Been using it for almost 40 years. I have been trying to bake whole wheat bread for a long time but it always comes out too heavy and dry. Your recipe looks perfect. I stocked up on flour when we were threatened in March in the USA with lockdown and shortages of certain pantry items. I can bake a lot of bread yet!

I am a new friend from all the way across the USA in Washington State near Seattle. I will be moving to either Portugal or South Carolina on the Eastern Seaboard. Just me and my 2 dogs Keiki my beautiful German Shepherd and Donut, my Terrier. They are my best friends since my Husband passed away 6 years ago. Then I was talking care of my next best friend and he kept telling me that he was going to die and I told him he can’t die in the month of May cuz that’s when my husband died, May 20,2013. Vince didn’t listen and he died May 4, 2018. Now I have no friends so I send msgs to you guys hoping that you won’t mind getting a msg every now and then. If you don’t want me to, I can understand and please just tell me you are to busy.
