    Whole Wheat Bread
    22x10xh9.5 (cm)
    Whole wheat flour 400g
    Lukewarm water 300ml
    Instant dry yeast 5g (1 tsp)
    Salt 8g (1 1/2 tsp)
    Powdered milk 25g
    Olive oil 30g (2 Tbsp)
    Honey (maple syrup) 40g
    1. First, prepare the Autolyse. Combine whole wheat flour and water in a clean bowl and mix without lumps. Cover the top and let it rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
    2. After 30 minutes, add the remaining ingredients one by one and mix. (Mix powdered milk, olive oil, and honey before adding them.)
    3. Move the dough to the workbench and knead it by hand. (About 10-13 minutes) Let dough ferment in a warm place for about 1 hour until it doubles in size.
    4. Divide the dough into the desired size and round it. Cover the top and wait for 10 minute.
    5. After 10 minutes, use a rolling pin to shape the dough. Transfer it to the prepared pan. Cover the top and let dough rise in a warm place for about 40-50 minutes.
    6. Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for about 22-25 minutes.
    7. Take the baked bread out of the pan immediately and cut after cooling it completely.

    이거 만드실때 우리통밀 이라는 가루 제품 마트에 흔히 보이는걸로 만드시면 초반에 반죽이 엄청 질어져요! 반죽을 치대고 발효하고 성형할때 마다 반죽이 질어서 여기저기 달라 붙으니까 통밀가루 고르실때 가루 색이 갈색인 제품 유기농 통밀가루 쓰시면 될꺼 같아요!

      버터식빵 만큼 맛있어요 🤣 쓸 수 있는 제법은 다 사용한 것 같아요 재료도 그렇구요 ㅋㅋㅋ

    까사윤님 이 레시피대로 해서 성형할때 무화과,호두 넣어서 구웠는데 진짜 맛났어요!! 통밀100%에 노버터,노설탕 레시피가 제빵초보자가 만들어도 밖에서 사먹는빵 못지않게 맛있다는게 신기해요~ 어른들께도 만들어드리려구요ㅎ 감사해요❤

    와 오늘 만들어 봤는데 진짜 부드러워요. 전처리한 크렌베리 호두 50g씩 넣어 미니 깜빠뉴같이 만들어 봤는데 약간 질긴 해도 잘 만들어졌어요. 풍미가 너무 좋습니다 ^^ 감사합니다.
    다음엔 풀리쉬를 만들어서 넣어볼까봐요.

    영상 보는 것만으로도 힐링되네요 반죽 하나하나가 고양이 강아지처럼 왜 이렇게 동글동글 귀엽죠 ㅠㅠ ㅋㅋ 이제 막 베이킹 시작했는데, 이래서 사람들이 빠져드나 보네요 ㅎㅎ 발효하실 땐 어떻게 하세요?? 요즘에서야 막 찾아보니 냉장 발효, 실온 발효, 전자레인지&오븐&따뜻한 물을 활용한 발효.. 종류가 많은데 영상마다 구체적인 발효 방법이 안 나와있어 애먹고 있습니다 ㅠㅠ

      빵은 쿠키, 케이크와는 또다른 매력이 있죠? 🍞
      저는 따뜻한 곳에서 발효 - 불꺼진 오븐or전자레인지 에서 뜨거운 물이 담긴 큰그릇을 옆에두고(윗면은 마르지 않게 덮어두고) 이렇게 하고 있구요,
      만약 오븐에 발효기능이 있다면 보다 더 편리하게 발효시킬 수 있어요!
      요즘은 제가 사용하는 위즈웰 인헨스 오븐의 발효기능 F1 온도 27도로 지정 후 사용하고 있답니다^^

    Happened on this video by accident but wow.. Whole Wheat 100% this is a must try. All the other ones that I've tried, the bread is always hard and doesn't taste very good. will give this one a go Looks amazing in the video! Whole Wheat is way more healthy that white bread.

      물과 통밀가루 저속으로 후루룩 고르게 섞어주시고 윗면 덮고 반죽기 안에서 그대로 기다려 주신다음, 나머지 재료 차례대로 1단으로 혼합해주시다가 반죽이 어느정도 뭉쳐지면 2단으로 7-8분 정도 내외로 돌려주시면 될 것 같아요! ☺️
      물론 마지막에 글루텐이 잘 잡혔나 테스트 하는 것도 잊지 마시구요 ^^

    Hi Casayun! As a fan of your recipe, I was very excited to try this one since I don't want to buy at the supermarket, they are just not good. I believe I followed the recipe correctly but I guess i did something wrong cause after I opened my oven door, the bread had sunk terribly in the middle. Do you know what could cause something like this? Poor gluten development? I did use a little too much water to handle the dough otherwise it was super sticky and I couldn't roll it. Could that also be the problem? Thanks in advance ❤

    I already tried your recipe today...guess what? The texture is very fluffy and soft...The only thing that I wonder is the salt in your recipe a bit too much? I think it will be perfect if we cut a bit of salt. Thank you for your VDO.

    Eu fiz essa receita com farinha integral tipo 1 de supermercado, precisei apenas acrescentar 20gramas de farinha pra chegar no ponto da massa. O pão ficou simplesmente perfeito! muito obrigada por compartilhar tanta riqueza ❣

    어제 처음으로 빵을 만들어 봤는데 다이어트 중이라서 통밀가루 사서 시도 했어요. 근데 레시피가 너무 좋아서 한번에 성공! 너무 기분이 좋더라구요 ㅎㅎ 저는 칼로리 조금이라도 줄이고 싶어서 메이플 시럽 5g에 알룰로스 35g 넣었는데 성공 했습니다 ㅎㅎ 너무 좋은 레시피 감사해요 ㅠㅠ 앞으로 건강한 식단 잘 지켜 나갈 수 있을 것 같아요~❤ (참고로 저 댓글 진~짜 안쓰는데 레시피가 너무 감사해서 안쓸 수가 없더라구요😊)

    Baked today and it was delicious, I used the Kitchenaid for convenience then to knead the portions I was adding a little water so it would not stick in my hands, in the end I am very happy with the result once again thank you very much for your recipe ♥
