Hi. is your oven gas or electric?
wonderful Bread. do you bake in Electric or Gas oven? because I try an my bread don't get crispy on the outside
@Aida3and8 Hi! My oven is electric.
THANK YOU for this wonderfully quiet, ASMR-type instructional video that is so calm and easy on the eyes and ears to watch!! These days obnoxious, distracting music and noise are ubiquitous, and as an autistic man, I very much appreciate this serene video. I tried your recipe and easy style and produced my very first homemade bread! And it is very delicious 😋. Thank you again~ from West Hollywood, California. ☀
Thanks James, your comment means a lot to me! These kinds of videos are hard to make, I'm still learning the ropes. Sound is something that is very difficult to capture, especially when you live in a city and there's always something going on outside. But I'll do my best!
I couldn't agree more! This video is divine.
Hi from southwest USA...you handle the dough with love! Its your gift. Thank you for sharing with us.
Thank you Allie ♥
Hello and thank you from Australia 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Thanks for watching, Tracey ♥
Awesome, simple and looks absolutely delicious. Thank you for sharing.
So good so delicious 🎊 🎊
Hi, thanks for sharing with us.....actually today i tried the other same recipe but with smaller ones...and came great....kids and wife loved the little breads...now they wat more...
My pleasure 😊
Wow, thank you for sharing such a wonderful recipe! I will be attempting this for the first time. Watching from USA 🇺🇸
Looks like crispy bagiet
I loved that you took off your wristwatch and any rings to make your bread ❤️.
How did you know? Was it the tan line on my wrist? 😅
@@Food-Language , well! Yes and no. Usually I am a very laid back person. But I am very strict as to how I make my food. We all know how dirt can hide under rings and all. Hygiene in the kitchen is a must, for me, and sometimes a see known chefs doing their thing with plenty of jewelry. If one wants to keep them while making food, there are gloves.
@FernaManu I couldn't agree more
The PERFECT BREAD 👌👍
It looks so easy to do . Thanks ❤
I am making this bread now. I put it in the oven with the light on to rise because is somewhat chilly at my house. I know that they will turn out fantastic, as usual. Thank you!
Hi again Eleonora! How did it go?
@@Food-Language Great, of course. Your recipes have been always great so far, and I made many.
What kind and how do you call the pan you used! Why is my bread don’t have ears like your bread?
Thanks for new perfect recipe my dear friend! Great presentation! Full support! W👍👍👍💯💯💯 best regards!❤❤❤
I LOVVEEE BREAD, and your bread looks really good, crispy and soft, right up my alley 😊
Thanks Carmen! ♥
So delicious and crunchy 👏
My prefered food channel ❤🥖🍞
Finally a video where they don't put like 7 or 8g of dry yeast inside. 8g of dry yeast is like 24g of fresh yeast. 👍
Less yeast, more flavor! Bread doesn't like shortcuts, adding a lot of yeast may shorten the time, but the result will be disappointing.
🤤 I am hungry now 😋 From Bangkok, Thailand 🇹🇭 Hi Chef
Thanks Christopher!
Hi from Kuala Lumpur Malaysia👋. Nice video❤
Hi, Good morning from Singapore 🇸🇬 really great this weekend. I will try it. Thank you 😊 🙏
Hope you enjoy!

Very nice recipe again, thank you. When you cut that roll open, I went ooohhhh😂. They look delicious. I made one of your bread recipes recently had it turned out perfectly so thank you. 🇬🇧
Best feeling in the world! I knew it was going to be good, but it's still a huge relief when you cut it open and see the bubbly inside. Thank you for your kind words ♥

France !! i'm gonna try this !!
Please let me know how it goes! Merci
Can you please share a link to the two roasting pans you used for this recipe? Looking forward to trying it. Thank you!
I don't have a link. I got them a long time ago, probably at a local kitchen store. But any two pans of the same size will work, you can see me using regular pans in other videos.
I have a 65% bread dough made from poolish slow fermenting in the fridge and was wondering what to make, now I know, great video thank you
That good method
Perfect bread ❤👍
Thank you 😋
Just subscribed, I'm definitely gonna try this here in the USA! Can the dough be fermented in the fridge for a couple days? If so, how/when would be a good time to do that?
Thanks for subscribing! Yes, you can ferment the dough longer, I'd put it in the fridge after the last stretch and fold. Basically, you'd be replacing the final rising time with a cold fermentation process. I usually keep the dough in the fridge for 24 hours, but it should work with longer fermentation times. When you take the dough out of the fridge, just let it come to room temperature before shaping. After that, everything should stay the same. Please let me know if you try it, I'm curious to know how a longer fermentation works with this particular recipe. Thanks!
Amazing! Goinf to try this
tomorrow!
Have fun!
Çok güzel oldu harika gorunuyo
Love, love, love, so simple, so perfect. I’m Italian decent, and as soon as he cut the loaf, showing those airy holes, I was ready to make an Italian sandwich. Of course mortadella, Genoa salami, prosciutto, sharpe provolone cheese, olive oil, oregano, black pepper. Now roasted red peppers fresh onions, sliced tomatoes lettuce. The bomb. Going to try this bread recipe. Best wishes ♥️♥️🙏🙏🇺🇸🇺🇸
You made me hungry! Next time I'll read your comment again and make myself one. Thanks for watching Patricia ♥
Oh wow that sounds delish!!!
Zuk definitely try try delicious ❤
Piękna porowatość bułeczek , brawo 😊
Cześć! Oglądam z Polski
A ja z Uk oglądam
Wow great Job really delicios 🤩🥰
Thanks Isi ♥
Hi! Looks awesome! How long do you rest the bread once you take it out of the oven?
Just until it cools down (if you have the patience). Just don't cut it while it's hot, the crumb will clump together and it won't be as nice. Also, the steam will escape from the bread and it will dry out quickly. But once it is cool, you can enjoy it without remorse.
Yummy😋😋😋
Could you please give me the brand or features of the baking pan you use? Thank you.
The pan is about 15.5"x10.2" (39x26cm), I use two identical ones, turning one upside down to use as a lid.
wonderful bread. thank you for the receipe. where do you get the pan to bake the bread
I would like the reception thanks
Love this!!! Watching from USA. Been looking for a type pf bread that reminds me of Germany, and this is it. Is it possible to bake this as one or two loaves instead of four small ones? Would the times of rest and baking be the same or would I have to adjust?
Thanks ♥ If you are making two loaves, bake them covered for 5 more minutes (25 minutes instead of 20) and when you uncover them you could leave the temperature up. For smaller loaves, I lower it for the second stage, but if the loaf is larger, you can just uncover and bake for 10 more minutes at the same temperature.
Everything else remain exactly the same, same rest times and everything.
Thank you! I plan on making this bread this week! Will let you know how it goes! 😊
Once you take the lid off after baking for 20 minutes, how long do you bake it the 2nd time? It does not say in the video or transcript. Thank-you. USA and I will make this.
Sorry, I can't believe I forgot to add this. It should have been "Bake for 10 more minutes at 390°F (200°C)". I have now added it now to the subtitles / transcript. Thanks for letting me know!
@@Food-Language Thank-you !!!

How long do you bake after you take the lid off? You didn’t mention in the video thanks
Sorry, I can't believe I forgot to add this. It should have been "Bake for 10 more minutes at 390°F (200°C)". I have now added it now to the subtitles / transcript. Thanks for letting me know!
Thank you for reply! I took a guess and baked at 400 F for 10 minutes :) came out perfect! My dad and I enjoyed this recipe and will be making again!
10 minutes, watch the video again.❤
Thank you for your great and clearly explained recipes. which flour with what protein content do you use? Is the used flour organic or does it contain additives?
Hi Heidemarie! I use organic bread flour with 12% protein content. No additives at all. Thanks for your nice comment ♥
@@Food-Language Thank you very much for your quick reply👍
Hi! What is the name of baking pan with lid that is being used?
Great video. Could you please tell me where I can buy the tray and lid that you are using?
It's not a lid, it's another pan of the same size. It just happens to have the little indentations to keep it from sliding. In other videos, I just use two regular pans of the same size and they work perfectly. Just turn one upside down and use it as a lid. I can't remember where I got these, but it was definitely at some local kitchen store, not online.
The last step - after you remove cover & bake for how much longer? Thx
Hi, bake for 10 more minutes at 390°F (200°C). I forgot to specify this in the video itself and added the information later in the TH-cam subtitles.
@@Food-Language awesome thanks!!
Can this be made with whole wheat bread
Love your BREAD 🤤❤
How much yeast for this recipe if I use instant yeast? Thank you.
It looks really good, but many hours
What are the brand of your cooking pans?
Tuyệt vời❤
can this recipe also be made with whole wheat flour??
Yes, definitely! But I wouldn't replace all the flour with whole wheat, it will have a hard time rising and will be denser. Will taste good though. I usually replace 1/3 of the total flour with whole wheat, it maintains the same shape and tastes amazing! I'm planning on making a video about this as well.
Thx for the quick response 😉
Quelle est votre four , merci
How do you make it gluten free.
Can Multigrain bread flour be used?
I would try replacing half of the bread flour with multigrain flour to see how it goes. Multi-grain flours often contain gluten-free grains like buckwheat or oats, and they need the boost from the bread flour to rise properly and hold the shape.
Ok thank you I’ll try that 👍
Hi
I don't consider bread that uses yeast & you have to let rise 15times to be a quick bread. If it takes me 2 days to make a loaf it's simply not worth it
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
two anagrams for "dead" don't worry I will try to stay as far away as bread as possible. Peace Next
this is no different to any other bread reciipe
Why bother commenting then ????
It's different to:
1. Soda bread
2. Focacia
3. Sourdough
4. Flat bread
5. Naan
6. Pitta bread
7. A bread recipe using instant yeast
8. Bagels
9. Crumpets
And so so many more. So no, this is not like any other bread recipe.

Quick bread doesn't taste good. You as a chef should know it.
