    This works 100%. I started on Sunday and worked out for three days. I lost 2kg within the 3 days. I eat normal a day and made sure I drank like 3 liters of water every day for the 3 days. Have been doing so many other workouts to cut down but to no avail. I just said I should try this one. It works for me . Thank you.

    I am 5'2, 50 kgs, 14 years old female.
    I will update after 3 weeks
    I have already done 3 days 😁
    Day 1- Done
    Day 2- Done
    Day 3- Done
    Today was my
    Day 4- Done
    Day 5- Done
    Day 6- Done (it's becoming easier but I can't see changes 😟😞)
    Day 7- Done
    Today I saw my weight I have lost 0.75 kgs (that's totally for me without any diet and with endomorph body type, atleast it's better than losing no weight 🙄😅)
    Day 8- Done 🥺 This workout actually shaped my body. Thank You so much... I know why I not losing my weight fast because I am not in any diet but today I ate too much and after this workout I am again feeling light and like regular days. I am satisfied and proud of myself 😊 🙏 Thanks
    I don't know if this workout will help me loose my weight fast or not but from now I will go with this workout everyday even after completing this challange😊🙏✨
    Day 9- More than half completed
    I was so tired but I still managed to do half (I went for a wedding ceremony today 😵)

      @@mirfairoozhumayara3609 This exercise is good if you are a beginner.
      It will make your thighs strong.
      You will be building muscle tissue so don't be upset if you gain some weight at first doing any exercise or walking. Its muscle Weight and that's good, once you are regular, you will definitely loose weight and get good shape. Let's not give up. :) Its one and a half month I am doing exercise (doesn't matter if you do the same or different exercise everyday) Just be physically active for atleast 45 to 60 min. :)
      I am 14 and I guess this exercise is really helpful for overall body fat and can be done at regular basis, even when you are sick as its low impact workout.

    This is a repetition set. 2 sets of 14 different exercises that targets the whole body! Easy to follow. As i have been taking a very long break from workouts, this is a good one to start the workout regime. Completed day 1 and it boosts up my energy level the next day. Although i feel the body aches but its just a start! No pain,no gain! Will continue with day 2! Thank you for the video!

    Whew!! I just finished it. So tiring but I love when I'm sweating. Today's my first day. I'll try to keep updating too.
    Update: This really works. Though I haven't done 2 week straight but I could see the difference especially on my thigh part and my shirts are a bit lose to me now 😊

      @@warsimran1374 I haven't weighed before doing the exercise but I felt lighter. Some days I skip the exercise and the rest of the days I did it straight for 5 days and I can really feel the difference.

    I had started this exercise today and my legs are shivering, I hope this exercise literally works . because I am having pain in my legs after doing this. So friends no pain ,no gain.

      Take it easy, Sharon :) It's normal to feel some tightness or soreness after working out, even during, but it will usually subside within a few days once you get used to it. But if it doesn't subside, take a rest until you feel better and come back when you're ready. Good luck!❤️💪

    I’m gonna update every day
    Doing this for a week
    Im 61.5kg
    This includes a healthy diet too but not fully just less sugar
    Day 1- it was kind of intense but at the same time it was easy, it takes a while to get used to, squats was the hardest tbh 😂
    Sorry for the late updates
    Day 2- it was easier and I felt lighter
    Day 3- already lost 0.5kg
    Day 4- started doing it twice a day and got 1kg lost
    Day 5- I lost another 0.5 after doing it ( I kinda ate a burger that day so lmao)
    Day 6- im now 58kg and im really proud of myself

    Day 1 - 19 Nov 2020 (65kg/34in) + IF (16/8) method.
    Day 7 - 26 Nov 2020 (65kg/34in) + IF (16/8) method. My 1 week journey was still good despite of not losing weight in a week. I feel more ligther than before. Maybe losing weight is an internal process. I will first lose hard fat that surrounds my organs like liver, kidneys and then I will start to lose soft fat like waistline and thigh fat. Think positive Gigi! Dont stop keeping going. Everyone we can do this!!

    i just finished day 30 of doing this workout I’m so proud of myself!
    I don’t know how much weight I’ve lost since I didn’t wiegh my myself before starting but i can see some changes! and at that time i just needed to start exercising again so weight didn’t really matter. also i skipped some days but yeah i feel good! now I’m changing the workout to one of your videos.     Hello guys, I just wanna say try every workout that suits you. This workout helped me get started with my weightloss journey then after this I switched to Chloe Ting's butt Workout then now the 2 weeks abs challenge. You gotta start somewhere! I lost 5kg already. Wishing you guys the best. Please dont stop working out, you'll get used to it, it wil eventually become a lifestyle so just keep that body moving! Anything you want! Dancing?     I did this for a month and i went 173 to 165 it really did work and I started drinking also 8 water bottles a day, and still doing these exsersizes THEY REALLY WORK 😌!

    I started this today , at first 16 minute session , my legs was paining and I was about to give up . But still I did this for 28 minutee . I will increase my timing day by day and will give updates . So let's meet 1 week later 🙏❤️.

    And I gonna recommend you this workout ..
    I lost 3.6 kg ...with diet , cause diet is must.

    I love this morning and evening exercises of Roberta. Started last October and just so excited for the bigger result before entering the year 2022. I'm originally 69kilos and my belly was bigger(higher) to my breast. Im doing this exercises for 3weeks now and I really can see the result on my belly without weighing myself. My breast is higher now to my belly. 😂 And I can wear now some of my clothes that didn't fit me for along time.Also I can wear some fitted ones without shaming my body's size. It brings my confidence back.
    I'm really motivated. I want to be healthy and sexy. I will keep this routine for life. 😊❤️ Thanks Roberta 😘💕

    2- week I don’t look much different but I feel different more energy and sorry for late update too busy with school i am gonna try to keep going while I have exams 🥲❤️hard but worth it my weight run is 190.6 lbs I’ve been drinking water haven’t really changed my diet yet but probably would be faster if u ate a lil healthier unlike me lol

      @@RichaBehera129 I recommend drinking water or eating a healthy, small portion of a post-workout snack, such as carrots, apple slices, or celery stalks. I normally just chug down a lot of water so I don't feel hungry afterwards. xD

      hi! in my opinion, there is a reason for exercises in the evenings, roberta chooses this time because it's the schedule where most people don't eat much, they usually eat fruits and vegetables as a way to keep more fit with their diet and hygiene. i hope this helped!

    Restarted again on Monday 11 January.
    I’m challenging my self for a 30 days straight !

    Update 29-01-2021 : So far i have lost 3 KG
    I have been eating healthy , by only drinking water and tea and sometimes coffee and also eating a lot of veggies and fruit !
    And I try not to eat anymore after 8 Pm, I mostly workout 1 to 2 hours after I had my dinner. My legs have gotten toned a bit, the workout has gotten a lot more easier.
    I can’t wait till I finish my 30 days challenge and start another challenge !

    I’m going to try another challenge with another workout video !

    I love Roberta. I do these in the mornings as I found it kept me awake for an evening routine. For a 49 year old I reckon the 1st set will do & squats to end the session. The 2nd is the same on repeat. Thanks for your vdos ❤

    Just finished day two. I do this exercise twice a day and I really don’t if that is healthy but I’m still gonna do it😂 I cut down on my junk food and food in general I’m going to try to start eating fruits and vegetables a lot more and I really hope this works because I’ve been insecure my whole life no part of me is going to give up on my goal. I’ll update every day.
    Have ‘t updated in a while because I started a different workout video!! But I’m still going I’m still the same weight as I started before but that’s pretty good because at least I’m maintaining my weight instead of gaining.

      @@AbcYassSlayMe101 I mostly just did this workout, but sometimes I also followed a few other of their workouts(the easier ones). For my diet I ate whatever I wanted, but only allowed myself to eat around 1,300-1,500 calories. If you want to know the other workouts I sometimes did just lmk :)

    Day 8: I will not do it today, I'm feeling so much pain in my back especially my neck, so yeah

    Started today 👍🏼
    1st Day - feel good + sweaty
    2nd Day - Done wid all cramps 👍🏼
    3rd Day - skipped 👎 terrible cramps
    4th Day - back to normal + feel good + sweaty 👍🏼
    5th Day - sweaty sweaty 🤘
    6th Day - skipped ( busy schedule 🙁)
    7th Day - Done 👍🏼

    I started these exercises 3 days ago and my jeans are fitting loose already. Not dieting but not eating desserts. Weekend will be hard but will keep you posted. Had to take painkiller 1st night- it was hard to sleep with pain 🤣.
    Update:
    Completed 2 weeks today- see some difference the way clothes fits and energy level is higher. I can finish entire exercise course without “rest time”. DON’T expect dramatic results unless you are following strict diet plan. I think it will take longer for me as I am not dieting. I will update you all again soon.

    First of all hii to all those ppl in the comments, This is my 6th day of this workout, I missed one day but that is ok with me I'm not seeing any major results but some changes are for sure happening. I really need some motivation, it would be extremely helpful and will really appreciate it.
