Glad it was helpful!
Thank you so much you don’t know how much this means to some of us
You're very welcome!
I don't have lymphedema, but deal with achy and swollen hands from all the typing I do at work. This routine really works.
That's great!
This was great. I've had swelling for years and thought it was just age of high blood pressure. Thank you 🙏🏿
oh gosh - no need to suffer any longer!!
I’m beyond thrilled to find these exercises for hand and fingers where my swelling is occurring after lumpectomy ❤ So relieved and confident I will continue to do them Thank Goodness ❤
You're so welcome!
My swelling is 10x worse following days where I have eaten sugar or carbs.
I recommend you check out my masterclass on LYMPHATIC FLOW.If you suffer from pain, swelling, or fluid retention, learning how to stimulate lymphatic flow can provide significant relief and improve overall health. www.letyourlymphflow.com/

I Have tried so many times to download the free dry brushing guide and have never been successful in signing up for it. The system does not allow me to go any further than to enter my name and email but doesn’t actually accept them. Any suggestions?
I broke my forearm in February. When the cast came off at the end of March I was told it was too early t do PT. That was too months a brace and was told to wear a sling and not do anything with my hand. Basically my hand became swollen while wearing the brace. Just started PT - 2 seasons so far - my fingers and waist don’t seem to be getting any better. I am going to do the exercises in your video.
Hey @Nad-yc8uz! I'm sorry to hear about your forearm and the trouble with your hand. It sounds frustrating. Keep going with the PT and try the exercises in my video; it can take a bit of time, but every little bit helps. Stay patient and consistent, and hopefully, you'll see some improvement soon. Take care!
I am recovering from a broken wrist 9 wks ago and surgery with Plate and six screws. The hand and finger swelling is so frustrating…Thank you for these…I’m going to try them!
I am sorry that you are going through this, take care of yourself
Any suggestions to a good hand and forearm compression sleeve that u know of?
Certainly! I recommend checking out brands like Copper Compression or Tommie Copper for hand and forearm compression sleeves. They offer good quality products that provide support and comfort. Be sure to read reviews and find the right size for you. Hope this helps!
Any new exercises?I do these exercises Twice a day ❤thanks for the excellent info 🎉
Yes you do
Do you have a White Sheet on these techniques? I would love to keep a copy on my phone of the steps listed. Thank you and I truly appreciate you!

Do you know anything about Lipedema? I believe I have a combo of lymphadema and lipedema but I cant find actual practitioners who are knowledgeable about both 🤞
Oh yes. I have an entire playlist about just that.

@@NaturalHealthResources Do I find this playlist on your website?
Thank you! My dad is in advanced stages of dementia and is almost chair-ridden. He has renal impairment and I'm sure this will help the lymphodema affecting his hands and feet. ❤
You're welcome! I hope that the treatment will provide some relief for your father's lymphedema
Can you tell me does knitting helps relief liphedema of hands and fingers?
Are you still available for consults? I have developed spontaneous lymphedema in my upper extremity through to my fingers. No known etiology, no history of lymph node excision. I have seen a certified LE therapist and she prescribed compression sleeve/glove of 20-30. Unfortunately, as I am endlessly active, my hand swells up even with the glove and there is a build up of fluid between the glove and sleeve no matter what permutations I have tried. I need help figuring out what compression garments I actually need with regard to intensity of compression. Thank you.
Of course, I'm still available for consultations. I'm sorry to hear about your condition and the challenges you're facing with compression garments. It's essential to find the right fit and compression level to manage lymphedema effectively. Let's schedule a consultation to discuss your specific needs and explore potential solutions together. Looking forward to assisting you further. bit.ly/3EmExdU
Broken wrist on Right lymph arm ( 23 nodes removed ), I was casted & now cast is removed and exercising hand & fingers to regain wrist & hand motion but meanwhile my arm is so swollen. Before broken wrist I had r. arm maintained ; I have worn compression sleeves after massaging & exercising. Now, I cannot even get close to wearing a sleeve and am wondering if I should do self wraps while dealing with recovering wrist fracture. I still exercise, massage, elevate many times daily but arm continues to be very puffy. ( B.C. ten years ago 23 nodes removed ). ( Patti ) Thnak you for any suggestions.
Hi Patti,
I'm sorry to hear about your wrist and the swelling in your arm. It sounds like you're doing a great job with exercising, massaging, and elevating your arm regularly. Self-wrapping can be helpful in managing swelling, but it's important to do it correctly to avoid any discomfort or circulation issues.
Take care,
do you think this could this work for someone with psoriatic arthritis? my mom has a huge bump on the top of her hand made up of collected fluid. i’m trying to find a way to break the fluid up/prevent future build up. thank you ☺️

Thank you for this! I currently have a swollen finger on my dominant hand and I've taken Ibuprofen already. The swelling has reduced, but I'll still proceed with these excercises.
As an artist, I feel these excercises help a lot!
I’m so glad you found the exercises helpful! It’s great to hear that the swelling has reduced with ibuprofen. Keep up with the exercises-they can really aid in mobility and healing, especially for artists like you who rely on your hands. Take it easy and listen to your body. Wishing you a smooth recovery and continued creativity! 🎨✨
@@NaturalHealthResources Thank you so much! Keep up the great work too!!! ✨💖
Heyy my mother met with accident her hand was fractured after one month means yesterday bandage is removed her fingers is swelled will it be useful for all? Thank you so much🤩
Hey @apoorvan2437, I’m sorry to hear about your mother’s accident. Swelling after removing a bandage is fairly common, but it’s important to manage it properly. Applying ice, keeping the hand elevated, and gently moving the fingers (as advised by a healthcare provider) can help reduce swelling. It’s always a good idea to follow up with her doctor for personalized advice and to ensure everything is healing correctly. Wishing her a speedy recovery! 🤗
I don't have lymphedema but I have swollen fingers only and I don't know what is the cause of it can you tell me ? By the way I'm a neet aspirant
Hi @MeenaMhr,
Swollen fingers can be caused by a few different factors, such as fluid retention, inflammation, or even allergies. It might be helpful to keep track of any other symptoms or recent changes in your routine that could be contributing. Staying hydrated and doing gentle stretches can sometimes help too. If the swelling persists or worsens, consider consulting a healthcare professional for a proper evaluation. Good luck with your NEET preparation! If you have more questions, feel free to ask!
This was fabulous! Thank you thank you thank you!!! 💕💙
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks again for wonderful information...love this one..

Why do I have swelling in my hand while wearing the compression garment? It's worse when I wear a glove.
Hey @PatriciaSpears-dx8ip, swelling while wearing a compression garment can be frustrating. It might be due to the fit or how it's worn. Make sure the garment isn't too tight and is fitted correctly.Take care!
Thanks so much for your video. My hands are so swollen comparing to the rest of my body, that it makes me really self conscious and so I try to hide my hands. I’m really hoping this makes a difference
What dry brushing technique do you recommend before doing these hand exercises? Could you please direct me to the video?
Also would rebounding help to reduce swelling in hands and feet? (I use light hand weights whilst rebounding to hopefully target arms/hands)
I'm glad you found the video helpful! For dry brushing before hand exercises, I recommend using gentle circular motions towards the heart to stimulate lymphatic drainage. As for rebounding, it can indeed help reduce swelling in hands and feet by improving circulation and lymphatic flow. Using light hand weights during rebounding can also target your arms and hands effectively. Unfortunately, I don't have a specific video on dry brushing, but you can find many helpful tutorials online. Keep up the positive attitude, and I hope these techniques bring you relief! link to the video th-cam.com/video/rBLeBF8OSlg/w-d-xo.html
@@NaturalHealthResourcesthanks soo much for the encouragement!❤️
I am so glad I found your video and I'm going to start doing this today but I want to ask you can I use ice or heat regularly on my hands and fingers?
Hey there!
It's great that you're excited to try the routine!
Whether to use ice or heat on your hands and fingers depends on the specific issue you're trying to address.
Ice is generally used to reduce swelling and inflammation.
Heat can help relax muscles and increase blood flow.
Who should I buy Lymph Stim from
Lymph Stim Liquescence bit.ly/2OsTz9n
Do these exercises need to be done with hands above heart at shoulder level You start them high but as they go on your arms go lower.I do these faithfully ❤
I am experiencing swelling under my knee cap and up my leg. Not sure if this is due to my knee replacement apparatus having cobalt which I am allergic to. I have difficulty putting on compression stockings. I do yoga and Pilates twice a week and go for walks outside and ride a stationary bike. The swelling just recently increased on my right side.
The link for the dry skin brush guide isn't working 😢
I apologize for the inconvenience! It seems there might be an issue with the link to the dry skin brush guide. I'll look into it right away and make sure to update the link or provide an alternative as soon as possible. Thank you for bringing this to my attention, and I appreciate your patience! If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to let me know.
Right armpit is missing 21 lymph nodes. The right arm is swelling and now my back on the right shoulder blade is retaining fluid. How do you handle your back when you can't reach it?? I have the Flexitouch plus machine and i use it nightly for an hour but it seems to not help my back.
I’m having such great results from these exercises! So grateful!
Glad you like them!
I woke up from a heart surgery and had carpal tunnel syndrome out of literally nowhere. Being treated with lortabs and Lyrica my feet, ankles, legs and hands are totally swollen. My doctor will NOT help at all. My feet are so swollen that it’s hard to even walk. I’m desperate for help, I have good insurance but it’s useless.
Do you have any advice for people with deteriorating muscles coupled with extreme weight loss. No evidence of cancer but have had thyroid removed in the past two years and no issues before then. I'm asking for my sister she's 60.
Thanks mam should we do this life long and how msny times a day❤
You're welcome! It's great to incorporate these exercises into your daily routine. Doing them once or twice a day can be very beneficial. And yes, keeping them as a regular part of your life can help maintain good lymphatic health. Keep it up! ❤️

How do I manage the swelling after having multiple major surgeries to the effected areas? My swelling no longer goes down and stays down. It swells within minutes after removing my compression garments or shortly after standing It use to before I had a full leg debridement on the right leg and necrotizing fasciitis on the left
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

i have numb and swollen hands. ITS VERY PAINFULL DO THIS EXERSISES, PLS HELP
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing numbness and swelling in your hands. It's important to consult with a healthcare provider to determine the underlying cause and appropriate treatment. In the meantime, it's best to avoid exercises that cause pain and discomfort. Resting your hands and applying ice or a warm compress can help alleviate swelling and discomfort. Again, I highly recommend seeking medical advice to address the root cause of your symptoms.

My name is lennette am from jamaica i ave breast cancer and i ave lymhedema and i need help my left hand is so swollen and can not move and i need help
WOW! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I had a mastectomy 12 years ago and had 4 lymph nodes removed during surgery. I've recently been dealing with this. I had no idea it was lymphedema. I was told or under the impression that it was only the upper arm area since i would see many women wearing the compression bands. I just turned 50 and this has been happening for about a year on and off. I chalked it up to a menopause symptom. I keep it at bay since I dry brush very often, however i just started a new job and ive been very busy and ive been neglecting my routine I gotta get back on it! This really helped get that swollen tight sausage feeling from the one finger that seems to not want to go down!!!! Thank you so much!!! I am going to save this video and incorporate it often!!!! Blessings
Janet, thank you for sharing your journey with us. I'm glad to hear that the video helped you identify and manage your lymphedema symptoms, especially after your mastectomy. Dry brushing can indeed be beneficial, and it's understandable that with a new job, your routine might have taken a back seat. Regarding foods to avoid for lymphedema, it's essential to focus on a balanced diet that includes plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. However, some people find that reducing sodium intake can help minimize swelling. Additionally, staying hydrated and limiting alcohol intake may also be beneficial.
I had a wrist injury on my left wrist.
I am sorry about that, I hope you feel better now?
@@NaturalHealthResources I did recover but it took time. I went through physical therapy to recover. Or I would of lost the use of my hand. Because of the break of my wrist. I was lucky that I recovered because I wanted my independence.

Thank you so much! Well, let’s help with arthritis as well? I also have a lump under my throat that seems to be a lymph block. I wonder if my hand thumb pain is related to that
Thank you for reaching out! Arthritis can indeed be challenging, but there are various approaches to managing it. Regarding the lump under your throat, it's essential to have it evaluated by a healthcare professional to determine its cause and appropriate treatment. While hand thumb pain could potentially be related to lymph node issues, it's best to consult with a healthcare provider for a proper assessment and personalized recommendations. Take care!

Thank you so much for this I am in England and have lymphoedema in my legs I have worn compression stockings since 2009. Yesterday I found out that I more or less likely have lymphoedema in my hands and fingers and have been told to wear compression full finger gloves on both hands. I’m 49 and have ME as well. They are also investigating me for arthritis. I’m in such a lot of pain I do daily hand wax baths on my hands and it was totally out of the blue that my physio told me this. I’m seeing a private hand specialist within the month. I can’t be,urge it popped up in my feed it was like it was sent from heaven! I’ve been given no exercises to do for the lymphoedema so I’m going to start doing this as of today doing it every night before I go to bed. If you happen to see this thank you and I have one question can you have lymphoedema in your hands at the same time as arthritis? Even though I’m paying for the physio privately (we have the NHS over here but to get an appointment would take months so that’s why I’m going privately). Just so I’m armed with facts when I see this hand specialist can you tell me if I can download your booklet over here? Also you say you do over zoom appointments do you still do them just so I can get a feel for what help I can get. I was just told yesterday and it sort of was a bolt out of the blue. Thanks for any comment you are so genuinely nice and informative from Julie in England.

Hello, maybe you can give me such advice.
My middle finger is swollen due to a capsule injury 6 weeks ago (bouldering). I guess it is the synovial fluid, which left the joint and now seems to remain within the tissue. I used a special tape, which is said to help reduce the swelling. Are your exercises suited to reduce the swelling?
I'm sorry to hear about your injury. While exercise can be helpful in strengthening the affected area, reducing swelling may require more specific medical treatment. I would recommend consulting with a healthcare professional for tailored advice on how to reduce the swelling in your middle finger.
Yes. They will help.

GP's and the NHS in Britain really need to get with the programme. We are so backward in the NHS. Medicine is NOT just popping pills! It's not just money either. Same excuses they make.🥱 The top bosses get the money.😡 What we need in England is people like this lady. GP surgeries need nutritionists. To save money we need to save people's lives, before the problem gets so big that it's too late! 😢 Not just Doctors that want to just push drugs. Thanks for this video. 👍🏽👍😊
Hey there! Thanks a lot for sharing your thoughts. It's definitely frustrating when we feel like the healthcare system isn't keeping up with what we know about health and wellness. You're absolutely right that medicine is about so much more than just prescriptions. Integrating nutritionists into GP surgeries sounds like a fantastic idea to promote preventive care and overall wellbeing. Hopefully, with more voices like yours advocating for change, we can see some positive shifts in the system. Thanks for watching the video and for your support! 😊👍🏽
