I had absolutely no idea how backed up my lymphatic system was/is. This should be a critical part of any health education. I just had no idea!!!

I stress the importance of lymphatic health to my reflexology clients, especially these days. No matter vaccine or not, Delta, Lambda etc. A healthy lymphatic system equals an optimal healthy immune system.
This video makes it clear that a few simple poses can help us reach our health goals. For those who may be beginners, these poses are easily adjusted. This video will be shared. Thank you!!!

I’ve been experiencing long COVID symptoms and as simple as this routine is it for sure helps with those symptoms. I really thought the symptom improvements could have been from other factors and stopped doing this daily and started to experience setbacks. Even during a bad fatigue day this is so simple and quick that I can pop up and do it on the way to let the dog out. Thanks so much for posting this and I would promote your routine to others experiencing lingering COVID symptoms!

I knew nothing abt Lymphatic system! Loved yoga mainly because of how it makes my old body feels! Now appreciate it even more because I’m doing more than just stretching n “toning” my old body! Its moving any “lymphatic congestion”! ❤️💕❤️ Did scare my yogi partners (fur babies) with the lion pose! 🤣

hi! for about a month now I’ve had a steady mild ringing in my ears called tinnitus. (I picked up an earache in Malaysia last month; the water is very warm there). All signs point to Eustachian tube drainage issues, an artifact of the virus. So this video is helpful as I do have some inflammation in my neck. Time rest hydration hopefully will resolve itself. Thank you for the is video.

Thank you for creating and sharing this wonderful content! It was the first yoga video that I have followed. If I may offer some feedback -- I think I would have found it more helpful if the instructions were offered a little more slowly, especially for the points of inhalation and exhalation. It felt like I didn't have time to inhale before you already said to exhale lol. Perhaps this is the usual pace for yoga?
