Brilliant, thank you. Following a distal radius and ulna fracture 6 months ago, made good progress thanks to so many of your excellent exercises. Some thumb arthritis on the injured hand post fracture so these exercises seem perfect to maintain strength and flexibility. Amazing to recall I couldn't touch my thumb to my index finger after cast removal and, in my 70s, am touching all fingers and joints as you have shown. Yay! Thank you so much Michelle.

Thank you for posting your videos. I injured my right pinky finger in may. Was told mallet finger and put in a split for 8 weeks. Splint came off 2 weeks ago and I still can not bend finger all the way. Tons of pain and discomfort and I feel my finger is deformed - not sure if swan neck, still trying to educate myself. Was referred to occupational therapy and am starting this week but the past 2 months have been a real challenge and I am very worried about living with this pain the rest of my life. It severely impacts my daily life and am praying that occupational therapy can help it feels like I need surgery but im not the doctor I dont know 😢😢 subscribed and hope to find support in the community of people and resources here

I placed an index finger splint to prevent a cut from reopening and bleeding. Less than 5 days on and of. That’s all it took for my PIP joint to freeze almost half way. Can’t believe I silly relatively superficial cut in the kitchen causing enough impairment to trigger an occupational referral 😢
