This video changed me in the most positive way! I had a swollen under arm for a few years and after an ultra sound and an MRI the doctors couldn’t find anything and said the next step was exploratory surgery. I just lived with it and then discovered this video! Thank you so much for this amazing information! I have so much energy and my arm is not nearly as swollen after doing this 2 times!

Sarah Eckholm, I had the same thing, always itchy underarms, thought it was the deodorant. Wasn't....I did my touch in the area and it's taken months, but the pain is gone and wasn't going to show up on any MRI or xrays, sorry you had to go so many places to find the root cause. Pray for your doctor, I'm sure they did the best to their knowledge. They just don't teach this in medical school, generally...it's not their fault, I feel...but it's changing so many lives now, it's getting more out there and people are learning it's effectiveness. Welcome to the "tribe", Sarah. I'm right there with everyone else, learning and trying things and finding a better u

Wow, that’s great! It’s crazy how massaging, or putting pressure, or readjusting things on our body can easily more times that not, fix ongoing issues; that doctors would rather Medicate, or cut you open. They know how to heal things, but are taught to “treat the symptoms” instead. It brings in the cash.
I encourage you to try binaural beats, as well. If you have a problem, there is a frequency that will help immediately.
Got a headache- search : binary beats headache.
      TH-cam has soooo many videos.

Thank you so much for putting this wonderful information out! I had endometrial cancer/surgery/radiation many years ago. Eventually I had a surprise lymphedema episode. The excellent surgeon (he probably saved my life from cancer), had nothing to offer for relief from that condition. I did fine a doctor/PT exercises, etc. At the time, I did not realize how important the lymphatic system is -- it is wellness vs. sickness for me. Now with the help of these exercises, I'm able to help myself even more. THANK YOU!

Really well done! Thank you. I had two lymph massages, recommended, a long time ago. I think, now, that the massage therapist really did not know what they were doing. It was just a light massage without all these spots! I had been thinking for years that lymph massage was bogus (maybe what I had was!). What I experienced was nowhere near as thorough or detailed as your video. I love being able to do this myself! (no major issues) Very soothing. You explain it all very clearly. Thank you

Thank you so much. I had no idea that there was such a technique as lymphatic draining. I immediately followed your instructions, but my right ear began hurting because of pressure, which is a very common problem for me. Draining around the ear solved my problem, & I now realize why I have pressure so often. It's wonderful to be able to remedy this myself! I would, as an older woman, suggest that pulling the skin under your eyes can damage your collagen. As you age you'll be wishing you'd been more gentle. It's very difficult (and expensive) to maintain youthful skin, and right now your's is beautiful, so treat it it like it's paper thin. Again, thanks!

It so obvious that patients with Herpes virus are being enslaved to the antiviral drugs that is being prescribed by medical doctors to help suppress and not to cure them completely from the virus they have been battling with "a society that keeps cure a secret so they can continue to sell medication for huge profits is not a real society but a huge mental asylum" I suffered from Herpes virus for three years using medical treatment hoping that one day God will do wonders In my life,A stranger I met at the park felt sorry when I share my story of how I was raped and got infected with this disease she immediately introduced me to herbalist oduntun from west africa I was convinced that he can cure me completely from the virus so I decided to go into natural remedy with herbalist oduntun.I contacted him on What'sApp we discussed and he explained everything to me how I will get the herbal medication, the prescription and food diets i will be on while taking the herbal medicine, I was on medication for 21 days following these rules without eating meat or any diary product. (i'm on plant base ) I give thanks to God almighty for leading me to the stranger that introduced me to this genuine herbal doctor I'm really grateful 🏼 for more information on how to reach him here is his email address: herbalistoduntun@gmail.com or what'sApp him with this number: +2349039463501, here's my email as well: iamonewiththeuniverse111@gmail.com Stay Safe And Good luck.

Remnants of Covid are stuck in my lymph nodes and I am going to try this once a day for the next few days, probably a week and see if I can’t get the swelling particularly on my left side (as you mentioned in the video everything goes to the left side and strangely enough it’s my left lymph node that seems to hurt the worst). I will update my comment after seven days and let you know how I feel. There are thousands of us out here who are having the same issue as I amDue to this nasty virus.

Also, Lymphatic drainage helped me with "brightness" after cataract surgery. The surgeon did not have any recommendations so I found videos youtube and have practiced since January. . How often do you need to do the massages; ie: daily? Could this help vericose veins? I am aging backwards and it has helped my wrinkles and sagging skin as well as my recovery for my eyes. Also, sinus relief. Is there a class you can recommend online to become certified? Do chiropractors engage in theses practices? This will be my solution to aging stiffness, lack of agility. It's wonderful to be able to help my own health. Medicare doctors do not know anything about aging. We need to do the things that help us be physically viable for the rest of our lives. It's called due diligence!

Please could you do a video specifically for women like me who have lymphoedema from breast cancer and removal of their lymph nodes? Many thanks. Namaste.

I’m congested everywhere! A year ago, I started to just give my myself a little massage from the base of my head and behind my ears as I was feeling very tense and felt my head and traps kind of tugging at each other.
Well I was shocked! I had 2 huge lumps, one behind each ear, and both were the same shape and size as behind my ear but they were hard and stuck out. They were very painful, and it took me 3 days and a lot of pressure to break it down. After day one my thumbs especially were killing me! Lol. It certainly was a huge buildup (I’m guessing it’s from stress as I’d been through an extremely traumatic18 months a couple of years earlier and before that I was fit and healthy, exercising 5-6 days a week and eating healthily, but the trauma made me physically ill and also caused c-ptsd). Also at the end of day one I could feel dips, so it now felt lumpy behind each ear rather than one solid mass behind each ear. I’d literally made a few dents 😂.
After day 3, the lumps had gone and I felt so much better after I had drained from behind my ears. It hurt during it but I was determined to get it done!
I’d become so ill due to the trauma though that I was struggling with the basics of taking care of myself and still dealing with the trauma daily. So lymphatic drainage, massage, and reiki, that I used to do on myself I’d basically forgotten about, because I started off unable to do it anymore.
Just now I came across your video and I followed you through, but by the time I got as far as the groin, I was feeling dizzy, and very nauseas, and I still am half hour later! I have huge lumps at my armpits that hurt just like behind my ears did just to touch, my knees and elbows are the same, and not once did it occur to me that it could be a build up in toxins (which given my stress levels and inability to move around as often as I used to, I shouldn’t be surprised). But i was a sports injury therapist before illness, the trauma messed with my memory so physically I can’t work as a sport therapist anymore and memory wise, I’d have to spend time revising everything that I’ve forgotten (despite the fact I was self employed for many years and caught some major issues a little outside my scope too because i had a great memory.
    Sorry! Long reply! 😳

The audio kept repeating itself a couple of times over and over. Did any of you face that problem ?

Thanks for the review and reminder of a decent pattern to pursue when practicing this technique. Not a doctor myself but find it interesting how some of the concepts in "osteopathic medicine" map to the modern biological understanding of the lymphatic system and whatever manipulation of the nervous system through touch, acupuncture/pressure etc. may do, if anyone's looking for more reading.

..wow.. so, gentle touch.. really light and soothing. Imagine that, just as I have said for so long. If parents would do this with their young ones just think of how healthy our world could become.

When I was a kid I had a non cancerous tumor in my right neck lymph node so it was removed. Does this pose differences in massaging that side? Could that missing hinder drainage? I love your video!
