NPR just had a program in which Senior citizens participated in a program comparing Aerobic activity with Tai Chi. I was impressed to hear that blood pressure stayed measurably lower in Tai Che participants. I'm using your program to explore Tai Chi for the first time. Thank you.

I am a music student teacher right now, and I am currently working in an elementary school. I’m someone who deals with chronic pain and anxiety, but I also happen to be hyper mobile so it is hard for me to move my body and not cause extra harm. so I decided to start Tai Chi, as it has encouraged me to move my body with intention and energy. I’ve noticed my joint pain significantly improve after my sessions. I am so grateful to stumble across your channel because the way you teach is so fluid and effortless. Thank you for doing what you do!

I have been going to a tai chi class every Sat am but today due to snow stayed home. But since I've been going, I have (66yrsod) felt much more limber again and able to easily touch floor and get up from floor compared to stiffness recently. So thought to do this online to still get benefits. You asked how it was... I felt positive and liked it, and feel slightly more alert after, but I feel lack of complete body stretch, neck still stiff. Plus want to learn cloud hands and things we do in class. Thank you, teacher, for the class, very beneficial indeed. Will look for something with first 17 Taoist moves which is what we are working on.

I have been very resistant to meditation or anything slow, especially with my type personality. Nothing ever sounded appropriate for me and my personality, the thought of just sitting with your eyes closed and trying to remain calm was painful; recently I started grounding, so I thought if my feet are already on the ground outside why not do something with it instead of just sitting for 30 minutes.
So I started looking at different practitioners for “beginner” tai chi and did their program with several practitioners.
I tried yours this morning and I very much enjoyed your flow, movements and your voice is very calming (ironically you went a bit too fast lol but was fine) for me. I prayed the Lord’s prayer intermittently and recited other scripture and kept it with a spiritual experience with God and his Son, prayed He bring the Holy Spirit with me and it was a very moving experience.
Thanks for putting yourself out there and being on the Internet , it really takes something to do that but if you didn’t, many people would miss out on you and what you provide.
    God bless and Godspeed

Also had a 7 out of 10 for back pain when I started, after doing this routine once it was at a 2 and the second time I did it it’s now a 0! So cool and thankful.
Doing this with deep breathing, while the sun is just starting to rise (controls cortisol it was better than a cuppa coffee) while Grounding is a recipe for a pain free, healthy life. I’d throw in Carnivore Diet too.
