I loved this 15 minute Tai Chi flow, it was so relazing, meditative and yet I was moving all the time. It was the best 15 minutes of my day!

Dr Adam this Tai-Chi feels sooooo good as I deal with my mother on Hospice. She passed away yesterday 12/25/24. But I'm thankful for your Tai-Chi videos as it got me through some of the toughest days with my late mother.

Thank you I’ve had a concussion and whiplash … this was a wonderful session for my healing.
Being kind to myself, to be understanding of where I am at and be ok with this. To hear this from you gives me more support in my healing. So thank you.

I’m so grateful for your presence and gift to us all. You’re helping people you won’t ever meet. I love the quotes you add - health of mind and perspective. New follower of you. Been doing these for the last week or two. Really enjoying them. You teach well and make it easy! Thank you!

Really enjoyed that, I continue to feel the benefits, and I especially enjoy the meditation in motion, that's something I didn't know was possible but it works.😊

I love all this tai chi, but it still is not stopping my neck from cracking and hurting and I go so easily. What do I do about that? 6:46 6:49
