I decided to do this workout because it was only 20 minutes long which is perfect to do in the morning to wake up and get my energy up. I didn’t think it’d be so hard though which is not a problem but I was a fool into thinking it’d be easy lol I’m starting to like Rebecca Louise. I did her total body workout when she did the Victoria Secret model workout series. ❤

I love that this focuses on all the right areas but I also really struggle with these kind of exercises because I have very weak wrists. Has anyone got any tips or exercises they know that takes weight off wrists but still effective?
I recommend doing a quick warmup before this work out. Maybe jump rope for 45 seconds and do some neck and shoulder rolls. Going straight into abs without a lot of blood flowing felt a little odd.
I do a PopSugar almost every morning and I really enjoy being led by Rebecca Louise. However this is another PopSugar video that gets interrupted around the 8 minute mark by an advertisement - just when my heart rate was up I had to stop in the middle of a set and walk to my screen to skip the ad and continue the workout!
I feel like I'm doing something wrong! When I do the side plank thing, all I feel is pain/weakness in my arm, not really in my abs. Then my elbow joint started hurting. Maybe I lack the upper arm strength to do that? Thoughts or ideas for an alternative?
Hi, in case you still struggle with your wrists (and it is not a medical condition you have to be careful with) you could try a wrist warmup before the workout. I loved this workout, it's short but very effective. It's always fun and interesting to learn new exercises!
Great workout however, ad placement is extremely poor. Having to stop in the middle of a move to skip an ad is a huge motivation killer.

I would just do a side plank propped up on my forearm that works your obliques too
