    This one is a favourite of mine. I do this ab and arm workout often, usually after another 30 minute popsugar fit video. It’s a great finisher and you feel strong after!

      Hi Mallory! I am a man, I saw this video because my grandma does this lesson regularly! I tried this lesson with her but it is just too hard! My grandma does the full lesson. She has those thick hard bricks in both her front stomach and in her side parts of stomach also. I feel very low and unconfident and don't know what to do 😔

    This seemed like a deceptively easy workout. The moves were fun and somewhat challenging! I have been doing Popsugar workouts 3-5x per week for the last four months and 2 days later my arms were still sore and I could feel my core when I laughed! I love Anna; she’s so fun and positive!

    First time doing a 20 minute workout - usually I just tap out at 6 and do numerous 6 minute workouts through the day - but a personal goal is to be able to do one 30 minute workout at day.
    Wow. I’m drenched in sweat and it’s dripping into my eyes. Did the full thing with 10 pound weights, too.
    Woo - shower time for sure.
    Thank you for providing these workouts. This is amazing!

    This was my 1st workout since high school (93) almost killed me but I love it. I've gained 7lbs just sitting and eating since the quarantine so I'm sticking with it. Plus a 2 mile walk or 4 mile bike ride daily. I'm exhausted just sharing 😭

      Believe me on this one (or peep some research)...too much cardio will wreck all of the muscle building you're trying to do. I was doing the same thing and was not getting results. 30 minutes on your rest days is more than enough and if you need a little more, try HIIT for 10 minutes a couple days a week.

    This is one of my favourites! I love your workouts, Anna! They actually work the crap out of me! Since I started watching what I eat and working out, I actually lost a lot of body fat and I appreciate your videos for that! Crazy how 20 min can make me breathe this hard!!

    I was a bit worried about this workout being more HIIT focused rather than strength training being that it was a tabata but oh my gosh I LOVED it. I was dripping sweat in all the right places and I can't wait to do it again!

    this is my favourite workout since the most i amfoccused on losing weight is from my tummy and arms, literally did this workout everymorning for a whole 7 days combined with a little healthy eating and lost 5 lbs.. in 7 days.. amazaing for me.. im doing it again this week definately.!

    Thanks for the workout! ❤ I like how my leg veins get relieved when I do strength exercises for my upper body, - the blood just flows into the arm muscles and the excess goes away from my legs, the bogy feels awesome after that!

    Just completed this workout - it was awsome!!! Just getting back into working out and this workout was great - not too easy, and not too hard (I actually finished it!)! Used 3 lb dumbbells this time, and will increase the weight as I progress :D Thanks Anna and POPSUGAR !!!

    Awesome workout for abs. I could never do the sit-ups because it would hurt my neck so much. Also learned a few form errors I've been doing. So much better.

    Love the workouts but I don't always look at the screen so if you do alternating arms & legs can you please include that in your audio cues.

    Good workout, seems easy enough, but does get you sweaty, also room for progressing by using heavier weights.
