I’m so overweight and out of shape. I’ve watched this video a few times but never started because I felt overwhelmed just watching 😢 last night I got up and said I’m going to try this. I only lasted 2 minutes before being completely out of breath. I cried in disappointment and shame that I let myself get this bad smh. Completely defeated, I gave up. I woke up this morning and told myself quitting isn’t the answer and to try and try until I can get thru the whole video. Today I only got thru 5 mins without stopping. Some may laugh but it’s 3 mins more than I could accomplish yesterday and tomorrow I may be able to go longer. I’ll be doing this every night until I can go thru the entire video 💜
I think you're doing great! You might consider going on a walk or something afterwards to "ride the wave" of your workout (if you have time). Little by little...
Brittany Roberts thank u so much! Great idea. I basically do the video in 5 minute increments and a short break in between to catch my breath. Next week I know I’ll be getting thru it with no breaks

Love this workout. I first tried it a few months ago and really struggled with it. I’ve since tried it again during lockdown and now I can do it every day. My legs were sore at first but that went away after the first week of doing it. The stretches at the end are so important for this! Love the instructor she’s a ray of sunshine.

Hi guys! I'm obese, 107kg (230+/- pounds) and 5'7" (170cm). I play basketball in asia and trust me, I'll be very good if I shed at least 20 kgs. 10kg is already good enough tbh. U don't know how many videos I've been through saying it's for beginners BUT having a lot of jumping/stretching motions that are almost impossible for obese/overweight ppl to do without injuring themselves. And for some of you, I know this might seem really hard at first but trust me, never have I seen a trainer who allows themselves to feel what their "students" feel (by students, I mean us). Wow guys, I have a type of Muscular Dystrophy called Myotonic Dystrophy Type 2 and although I'm not large, I am carrying more weight than I should be and I am unfit in general. Workouts are hard for me due to my condition and I burn for days afterwards (compared to perhaps 24 hours for ppl without this condition).. I decided I need to start working on my fitness as my muscles decline (and will continue to) and your video is the first I have watched and then completed. I just came here to say it was amazing! 15 minutes is something I can handle and although I had to do the modified version of all the steps (extremely modified when it came to the blank and pushups), I felt that it was definitely achievable. Thank you so much!
The reason why i love popsugar so much is that they dont show these huge muscular or heavily toned women. The women here were not that heavily toned. Normal body which is how most of us are. Great job guys! Love it!
I just did this workout for the first time and I loved it. I used to be into fitness 4 years ago, and I was 132 lbs. Now I am 192 so I cant do those workouts I used to do, so I appreciate this type of workouts, challenging but short so it doesn't get me discouraged. You are very charismatic too. I will definitely come back.
Been doing this for at least 3-4 times a week for the past few weeks and results are already coming in! This is such a great way to start my workout journey. Not sure why I had it in my mind that if I wasn't going to the gym at 6am every day that I wasn't really working out.
This "beginner" workout left me in bed for 3 days afterwards. I really like Denise Austin's fat-blasting mile. It gets me sweating but doesn't injure me...
Covid-19 destroyed my lung capacity and I've spent months horribly depressed and trying to find a workout that could help me ease back into physical activity. I've lost so much strength that I did have to pause the video a few times to catch my breath and my legs were definitely shaking, but the modifications for easier versions of the exercises were super helpful. I'm hoping if I can start with this every day I'll see some improvement. Thanks so much for your positivity! :)
Just want to say no one will probably see this but I started doing this workout at the beginning off lockdown I found it extremely hard since then today I've lost 2 stone! From doing this workout everyday and eating good food you got this! 💪🏼

Liz&stewie Life I'm a beginner too and I have a recommendation: when they're doing an action that you absolutely cannot bring yourself to do, jpg in place so you're still keeping your heart rate up!
Good idea, I did this for the first time today and I could not for the life of me do the crab walk! My knees were killing me. Loved the rest though, actually had me sweating more than I do in the gym!
I am so new to workouts, for long I was just fit and I knew my body, but then suddenly I lost control and I wanted somehow to eat everything I hadn't for a long time, and I started to gain some weight, I am like 7 kilos overweight and I just cannot find the motivation to stay in a workout routine, But I started with you and I did not give up, I kept on and I completed the whole workout and planning to do so, it is so good that you also say Oh, I feel the heat , or my body is sore or my legs are shaking, because it made me understand that even a strong person as you goes through it and truly no pain no gain. please give this kind of motivation more! Made me feel we are in this together and I like that , lots of love and thnx
Great Video! I've been doing this 15 mins exercise every day for 10 days now!! Already toning me up and losing weight together with careful eating!!! Thank you!!! Flicka
WHOOO I have only been working out for 3 days and am very overweight BUT no matter your size keep moving... Im aching from the muscles Ive been using these past few days but it feels so good! I'm doing 2 15 min workouts a day at the moment I cant wait till I have the strength and energy to do 2 2 hour workouts a day! I'm not gonna be the statistic I choose to be the example!
The instructors are so pretty! The main instructor is very engaging. This exercise routine is based on a very sound foundation of exercise & fitness. I found this video very inspirational & I will use this video every day to help me lose weight & get back in shape.
I'm almost 54 and have been experiencing menopause weight gain after a life time of being "slim". This was awesome, had me sweating halfway through. I thoroughly enjoyed it and it's short enough to fit into my daily routine. I've done aerobics in the past but not for many years. I'm adding some light weights in too to help with bone density in this stage in life. Thanks for a great workout! ❤❤❤
I've looked up 12 videos about workouts since I'm a beginner to all of this stuff and this is the only video which i found that i felt comfortable not just the workout but i had motivation since she wasnt bullshitting, she got tired too and I did a lot so thank you to this person, this is definitely my daily workout routine for cardio!!!
I have discovered this workout after my 1st child 2 years ago. And I love it! I come back to it eveytime I need to get back in shape or recover,I am now doing after my second child and I still love it. Excellent video workout.
Tbh I am a beginner. I'm 13. And my goal is to go down at least 50. Yes I know that's a lot but I can do it. Going into this video I was reading the comments and they were saying how this is HARD. Well for me I stuck with this video and to be honest I have never felt so energized before. This workout really really works and I will definitley be using this channel again not only because of the great moves but because of how upbeat the coach was and that made me want to keep going. So any beginner starting with this video, PUSH THROUGH because in the end you will feel sooooo good.
Beginner? This workout kicked my butt LOL Not that it's a bad thing, I probably needed it. But I don't know if I'd call it beginner. I've been looking for a beginner workout for me and my mom, but I don't think she could make it past minute 8 of this one :/
oracle morpheous my goal is to lose 15lbs!! goodluck on your weight loss journey xx and will you please update me for any resulte? also, are you eating healthy?
+Steven Dalouche haha I wish I had. but I didnt continue and again became lazy. I did it for just like a week and then back to my old routine. really need some motivation to get back on track.
I'm not able to keep track of my weight, but I'm measuring my belly and thighs and in 2 weeks I'm 1 inch down on my belly. I'm so proud of myself because, although I wasn't able to follow a diet plan, I made sure to do this workout everyday for 2 weeks! Thankyou so much for this beginners video!!
5 minutes in and I'm dying and sweating like a pig!! I guess that means it's working lol, I'll keep going. EDIT: FINISHED! God I feel the sweat dripping and my muscles working, this felt amazing! Day 2: Done! I'm shaking and sweating. I want to lose 2kg and I hope this helps me. (2 days later) Day 3: is done!
I am 60 years old and reasonably fit but I do everything at my own pace. I am also around 2 stone overweight. I tried this video and halfway through it I wanted to give up, but I carried on and completed it and I felt so good afterwards both mentally and physically. I also feel taller. Yeah I was puffed out and yeah I was sweating but isnt that the point? No one ever said getting fit and losing weight was easy but it will get better if you keep at it. I will definitely be doing this workout again
I've tried so many cardio workouts and I can never stick with them (or seldom finish them) because the focus always seems to be on burning fat/losing weight. As soon as the person leading the workout mentions getting skinny, I lose all motivation to listen to them because my goal is to be strong, not skinny. So I love that this one focuses on feeling good and getting strong, not on losing weight. I'll be adding this video to my keepers list!! :)
my first time, I pass out at 6 min in, I feel light headed, my heart beating so hard I feel like I have a heart attack, so i lie flat down the rest of the video. hoping next time I can manage to stay up longer, never knew I'm that weak

Totally here for some Covid Cardio. I never do these videos, but this on was super fun 🤪😄 and hilarious at times!
Out of breath but very happy I finished this cardio. Not easy but I did it. . . will do it every day. Thanks!! July 22,2019
Still goin?
And did you?
This made me realize how out of shape I am. I'm going to keep at it until I can kick ass at this and not feel like I'm totally dying.
I'm doing it every day or five times a week, just amazing results.
Thanks
I just did this workout for the first time and I loved it. I used to be into fitness 4 years ago, and I was 132 lbs. Now I am 192 so I cant do those workouts I used to do, so I appreciate this type of workouts, challenging but short so it doesn't get me discouraged. You are very charismatic too. I will definitely come back.
Been doing this for at least 3-4 times a week for the past few weeks and results are already coming in! This is such a great way to start my workout journey. Not sure why I had it in my mind that if I wasn't going to the gym at 6am every day that I wasn't really working out.
My lazy ass is only doing modified version. But at least I'm working outtt!
U are still the boss💯💯💯
You've got to start somewhere, right?
😂👍👍👍
Im sure u did great 👍
We all have our lazy days. I hope you're still working out! Any exercise is better than no exercise ☺
this was soooo good. thank you! even tho Im not a beginner it got me sweat a lot.. off to shower now😂
Please make more for beginners.
15 mins workout
Lynn Love I
This "beginner" workout left me in bed for 3 days afterwards. I really like Denise Austin's fat-blasting mile. It gets me sweating but doesn't injure me...
I could only handle 4 minutes 😅 I’m dying 😂
She had modifications
"The heart is the important muscle in the body. And if that is strong, so are you."
Me, with heart problems: about that..
she's like: 'the heart is the most important muscle'
me: 'why you trying to kill me then?'

Flicka
Flicka Lunn wow!! That’s awesome!! Keep it up!! I started today!!
OMG loved it sweating and happy!! After having my baby it has been hard to find time!! One year has past and finally time for mommy 😍👏🏾🙌🏾🙅🏾♂️
I'm not gonna be the statistic I choose to be the example!
good for you! keep going, you are an inspiration! : )
Inspiring I’m going to do this twice a day I’m 180 lbs
I literally love this cardio workout so much I definitely recommend
Love this workout! Easy to follow, gets you sweating and definitely feel like I’ve worked out.
God, I guess i'm a pre-begginer, I died at minute 6 :D
You must be strong, I think I lost my soul at 5:00
I gave up 4:19😆😆😆
I gave up at 2:10😂
**gives up before I even try the video**
4:49 I did take a break 😂
i've been doing this for two weeks and I've lost 4 pounds.
Omg...I can barely breath, and you're breathing AND talking!
Good video. Your enthusiasm makes me happy while I'm doing this. Thanks!
Lisa looked disappointed that she had to do the modified version lol thanks though Lisa followed you the whole way😂
It's where I'm at right now too.
I know! I noticed her disappointment too! She couldnt fake it. Anna had to remind her several times to do the modified version.😂😂
Absolutely loved this workout! Excellent for when I don't have a lot of time but need to get a workout in. Thank you!
Really missing my exercise with the quarantining so delighted to find this video. Thank you!
Thank you for following along to the modified version Lisa. Even though you can undoubtedly kick ass, all of us beginners truly appreciate it.
Dang! I'm 13 too and I only want to lose 8-10 pounds I hope you reach your goal and stay motivated!
how about eating healthy first hun you're at an age where your body needs to grow and nutrients to store for the rest of your aging years
Beginner? This workout kicked my butt LOL Not that it's a bad thing, I probably needed it. But I don't know if I'd call it beginner. I've been looking for a beginner workout for me and my mom, but I don't think she could make it past minute 8 of this one :/
First day working out. Need to lose 30 lbs and this workout is perfect. Had me sweating bullets! #30lbs to go :)
good luck! my target is to lose 10lb!! lets stick to this workout and hope for the best :D
oracle morpheous my goal is to lose 15lbs!! goodluck on your weight loss journey xx and will you please update me for any resulte? also, are you eating healthy?
Oracle Morpheus I'm curious, have you noticed any results since this post?
+Steven Dalouche haha I wish I had. but I didnt continue and again became lazy. I did it for just like a week and then back to my old routine. really need some motivation to get back on track.
Keep going!! you can
I am almost 60 years old, I can do almost everything, she is so good to my heart, thank you!!!!!
I'm not able to keep track of my weight, but I'm measuring my belly and thighs and in 2 weeks I'm 1 inch down on my belly. I'm so proud of myself because, although I wasn't able to follow a diet plan, I made sure to do this workout everyday for 2 weeks! Thankyou so much for this beginners video!!
the crab walk makes me want to die
I laughed so hard
same!!!
Me to
is it okay if i ask your height weight and age? just because those modify the burn
subin luvr army? ✨
whoa, if this is a beginner's workout and theyre out of breathe, id pass out
Thinking the exact same thing...
you need to know that she is talking all the timr...
Johanna Gonzalez still....
because she's talking hahaha
it's cardio workout... so for sure you need to be sweating and be breathing quickly.. and also she's talking the girls behind weren't out of breath
Keep updating 😇
Rody Malsawmkimi I messed up on my diet yesterday and I didn’t do it. I’ll start fresh today though.

She's a fantastic trainer! I really enjoy Pop sugars workout classes. Brilliant!! Xx
I was looking for some workout since I can't leave my house for a long time.oh god ,this video helps to make my own gym in the study area.
I tried this because how hard can 15 minutes be, the day after my legs are DYING
I've done this 2 days in a row and my legs definitely arent happy with me 😂
Do some yoga stretches on the legs, it helps them forgive you a little for almost murdering them lol
Such a great workout! When I had to get on the floor for the one part, my dogs thought it was play time lmao.
lol mine too, I had to put him in another room
lol
Aww that is so cute! 🐾🐾🐾
I just love how motivated, fun she is ,thank you so much 😊
THIS WAS FOR BEGINNERS????????!!!
HOLY SHIT!!!!
this was perfect for a beginner. Thank you so much!
my first time, I pass out at 6 min in, I feel light headed, my heart beating so hard I feel like I have a heart attack, so i lie flat down the rest of the video. hoping next time I can manage to stay up longer, never knew I'm that weak
this is the first video ive seen from this lady and i LOVE HER OH MY GOSH AND THE GIRL IN THE BACK SHOWING THE MODIFIED VERSIONS OF THE EXERCISES THIS IS SO HELPFUL
Day 1 of my fitness journey ... LETS GO!!!
Anna: Although Lisa is doing the modified version, she's giving it attitude.
Lisa: Yeah
Lisa's face: What is she talking about?
I know! I thought the same way. She kept on having to remind Lisa to do the modifications. I guess Anna was referring to that attitude.😂😂😂
th-cam.com/video/iWUxhyEiHjY/w-d-xo.html
I look up exercise videos and just think about how I can get into shape. like I'm not actually gonna do it but could you imagine
for true beginners just follow the modification, don't have to do as many reps as they're doing.
right
Going to start doing this every day! I’m not looking to lose weight at all but am horrendously unfit, I can’t jog for 5seconds without getting tired. I really hope I can improve my fitness with this!
Thank you so much Anna for this workout session. I’ve been completing this workout for three weeks now and I must say; I’ve seen a lot of results. Along with changing my eating habits; I feel so much better and a lot more confident. Thank you 🙏🏾
Using my fitbit to calculate this video burned 103 calories.
Like if this helped you
Anum Ahmed thanks!!
is not much, but I guess they're good for 15 cardio (isn't it)?
i expected more.. you sweat a lot.. but i guess 103 is fine.. :S
How much you burn is based on you. Everyone will burn different based on their height/weight
You should know that youre body keep birning calories 12h after fitness. Also isn't only 103 calories you think, you had burned
