    Today I am starting my weight loss journey. I weigh over 300lbs. This was my first workout.

      I’ve struggled with weight all of my life. After long and thoughtful consideration including type 2 diabetes I recently underwent gastric bypass surgery. It has worked for me and I am in the early post op stages but I feel great about my choice. Thank you all! ❤️😊

    Anna please more 20 minute low impact workouts...so much better than jumping and 20 minutes is enough..i will pair it up with another one of your wonderful workouts or active stretching. Thanks for always making me feel happy because of your upbeat personality.

      A good idea is to pair it with a ten min ab workout and a stretch at the end. Always stretch warm muscles,not cold. I'm a trainer who personally works out to modifications low impact.

    OMG!!!! I usually do a 20 minute HIIT workout on the treadmill or a 30 minute run. I wanted an easy workout tonight but I got the surprise of my day. Although this workout is low impact, it’s still challenging. When I finished I was soaked and I did the modifications 😳. I love that there are light stretches at the end. This one is a keeper!

    Loved it: enough repetition for my body to "get it", and challenging enough to know I'm gaining strength. You know it's good when you can see Anna sweat!

    I've recently become injured in both feet (stress fracture & neuroma) and LOVE popsugar low impact workouts ! MORE PLEASE I really don't want to lose my fitness level because of injuries!!

    Had surgery 4 weeks ago,started walking 2 weeks ago and today is raining. Needed to do something glad I found this ! Anna is the best!

    I appreciate the low impact demo girl at the same time - and she looks like she's having a good workout. I'm in good shape but at 60, my knees can't take that bouncing after years of sports. I can do the low impact and not get depressed that I don't look like the other 2 :) Thanks!

    This is amazing especially when I want to workout, but my joints are aching from high intensity stuff. Please keep producing low impact workouts! They are so great, esp for people like me who have put on more lbs and having a hard time getting back into shape. Xx

    In just the week since this has posted I have watched 4 times. I get super sweaty and feel like I have really put in effort. Sounds silly but less jumping probably makes my downstairs neighbor happy too!

    Time flew by. Nice personality. A little bit of repetition is good. Good sweat. I’m doing strength training with dumbbells this evening so no need to go extremely intense, fierce or whatever some other instructors say. 20 minutes of this and some cardio within strength training this evening. Perfect. I will save this one. Thanks!

    This was a terrific workout! I have found as I age, low impact cardio is so much kinder to my joints and still affords me the benefits of a challenging workout. Please do more 20 minute low impact routines!

    Anna I absolutely love your low impact 20 minute cardio workouts! Your energy is infectious and I stay motivated meaning I work harder, sweat more and get fitter and stronger with these workouts than if I went for a run. As a mum of a four year old, five year old and seven year old I don't get to the gym but your 20 minute workouts are perfect for at home and I'm feeling fitter and stronger! Thankyou!

    I always enjoy Anna and Popsugar workouts; I love that there is such a variety and that different workout lengths are available--makes it easy to fit a workout in regardless of my schedule. I do wish these videos were a little more literal in their timing cues. When the instructor says "a couple" I always take it literally. Personally, time cues are very important to me--if I'm dying and feel like I can't go much longer, knowing that there are only a "couple" left motivates me to finish but that doesn't work when 2 typically turns into 10.

    I have to admit sometimes not a fan of the workouts on this channel because sometimes they are easy. After spraining my ankle running, I have been forced to do low impact for a few weeks, which is a challenge for me being used to hi impact. This low impact had sweat rolling. Amazing workout.

    Thanks for the high energy, low impact work out. My 50+ year old knee and ankle joints can't handle the jumping but I need a high energy aerobic routine. Good job on this one!

    This was great!!!!!. I agree with Monica Leon. more low ("high") impact workouts. I am sweating and feeling good. This is great to do after a long day at the office. It can be done in the evening (this is what I did), without any excuses. In my favorites.

    I loved this workout! I'm dealing with a hip injury and this was the perfect workout for getting my heart rate up while doing exercises that help to strengthen my core and muscles that support my hip. The stretches at the end were perfect. Thank you Anna!

    Thank you so much for a cardio workout that I don't have to compromise because of my joints. Most videos have modifications for low impact that force me to pull back on the workout, but this one got me good and sweaty without making me choose between joint pain and the easier modifications. Love it!

    I thought this would be a good recovery workout after my hiit yesterday. But it is just deceptively easy...I was drenched in 20 minute with no jump at all. I love it--such a good way to raise up heart rates without impact!

    Please create more workouts like this. It's literally perfect - low-impact, high-intensity....and time efficient. I do HIIT workouts and I'm amazed how much this still gets my heart rate up and makes me feel like I got in a great cardio workout without jumping.

    i did this one last night and let me tell you i have never sweat that much in my life i was drenched, i did not think i would sweat like that with this low impact cardio...........with that being said i think if you are reading this to get an opinion you should totally do it you won't regret it.

    I've been doing a lot of hiit cardio and I have a twinge in my knee after my last workout. This was a perfect substitute to give my knees a break from all the jumping. I did it twice, once in the morning and once in the evening and I felt like it did the trick for sure!

    Great workout! Thanks for the low impact too! I had a hard time doing the burpees so I did planks and pushups instead. But this workout was fun and I was sweating like crazy. Thanks again!

    Like Anna advised, do this quick workout often! I’ve found it easy to do before or after work, really anytime I’ve need a quick challenge. It will get ya sweaty in 20!

    If you are doing this first time and your didn’t cool down properly, it will hurt really bad for couple days
    That being said, don’t let this stop you ! I keep coming back to this workout and it never disappoint me

    Hi Anna and popsugar! I love your workouts and have been doing them religiously for a year - they keep me sane, happy, and feeling healthy and strong! Would you consider doing a workout that made limited use of the wrists? I feel sometimes that I need to take a day or two off of plank/burpee moves and sometimes moving to the elbows just doesn't cut it for certain exercises. Looking for a 30 minute workout that doesn't use the wrists is very challenging! Are you up to it? Thank you!

      Always modify a move if it's too hard on your joints!

      Absolutely agree, my wrists just can't take it anymore for anything extended. Couple moves max!

      I've been struggling similarly due to a minor tear in my deltoid - finding videos that don't rely on planks/push-ups/etc... is damn near impossible. Often, I modify by either just doing a completely different exercise during the time interval or by trying to do a similar move while lying on my back. For example: instead of doing the push-up to a pike move, I would lay on my back, legs bent, push up into the air (add weights if you're not suffering from a deltoid tear :-) ), and then do a leg lift or crunch or similar. Similarly, instead of the burpees, I would lay on my back and do bird-dogs in the air (arms, legs straight up - reach out opposite leg and arm). Instead of side-planks, I do the ones where you lay on your side and bring your legs/knees toward your chest (kind of like the ones on the popsugar video with Christa DiPaolo/the Cut).
      If it's a wrist issue, sometimes I've found that having a free weight on the ground that I can grab (instead of hands flat on the ground) sometimes helps.
      Hope that helps! You may also want to consider checking your form when you use your wrists, which may lead to more pain than "necessary" - or look into exercises that strengthen your wrists. Since they're a joint, though, there's only so much you can do to try to change their strength - and be super careful and listen to your body! Joints are important and hard to heal!

    Loved it. Wish we could have more low impact cardio
