While it isn't for the fight in question, Bruiser #1 saying that he let his brother beat him would imply he let his brother win so that could count as an infraction. There's probably some rule that says even if you didn't throw the fight you shouldn't say you did.
For the spit move masked muscle uses, he spits a blinding spray (which is the reason your screen goes funny when the spray hits), that means an extra 2 infractions for bringing in a foreign object, and for the use of said foreign object. another infraction is that gabby jay, heike kagero and hoy quarlow each ask you to go easy on them or let them win, literally asking mac to throw the match, which is illegal.
For Gabby, he is worried about the fact that he is gonna get another brutal loss. For Heike, He is just taunting Peter Punch because of his dainty attitude. And Hoy is just screwing with you because he is older and has more experience.

According to that rule, beards ARE allowed. Though, Bear Hugger’s beard is too long/big.

Nick Bruiser's jumping attack isn't an elbow, if you look frame by frame its actually a punch. And I didn't know jumping was illegal, isn't the superman punch a thing?

2. There is no demarcation between his upper and lower body
3. He has metal buckles on his overalls
