If that's true, I'd be suing big time! I would've put in a lawsuit the second I found out I couldn't stop somewhere to use the restroom. That alone is illegal. Prohibiting your employees from using the restroom while on route, wtf is that?! Then you get spied on every day on top of that. Hell no! I would've done something about that shit.

@@ry.hillner Good luck with that! First, you'd have to prove that's why they fired you. Second, well, that's pretty much it. You'd never be able to prove that's why you were fired.

@@vsgfilmgroup - No, I mean I'd be seeing a lawyer long before the whole undercover boss television thing. The second I found out I'm prohibited to stop somewhere to use the restroom-like that is so illegal and just insanity to me. Then to learn you're being spied on every day? That's not right at all.

@@ry.hillnerthey will tell you in the policies book that you have 2 15 minute paid breaks and a required 30 minute unpaid lunch break taken within 6 hours of an 8 hour day. Policy's and what you are told are 2 different things. Policy is yield the right away, told we have tonnage rights and cars need to move out of our way.

Our condo switched away from WM to a local company because of how horrible WM's services were. They bought that company and the owners/ employees had to go to work for WM. Now one guy shows up instead of 3 and our rates went up! Then service just stopped. They were forced by the Courts to hand some accounts over to smaller local companies after being found guilty of destroying the competition like that. For a while we had no service because WM Corp could not figure out who to give it to or how. They had killed all the local competition!

The CEO for Swift or any big trucking company should go out with a driver, especially on an OTR trip, the amount of places that only have disgusting port-a-potties or don't even allow drivers to use a bathroom sicken me!

They "can" go to the bathroom. Their problem is that they may not go to the bathroom.
I'm sorry the voice of my 5th grade English teacher made me write that.

Form a task force?! That’s it? What an asshole. If anything he should have given her a job as the head of the task force.

If a route takes 12-13 hours that means they need 2 trucks for that route and to cut that time in 1/2.
