My issue with this show is that I always think about all the other employees throughout the company. I’ve managed 1000’s of employees and it’s critical to in my mind to realize, even though they’re giving for great reasons, I can assure you there are many similar stories across the organization. So, I would think what can I do globally to improve and help all employees, especially those in need.
i think there was 1 boss who sets up a crisis fund for every employee, and he personally donated a million dollar for it and the other bigwigs put another million in it too. forgot which company it is.

It always amazes me when a CEO offers to pay all expenses for training. Like, woop de doo… a company is going to pay to train their employee for their benefit.

Considering the people who get offered training usually should be fired, I’d say it’s a gift.
Mind blowing for some… Just goes to show that it’s critical to have a well oiled machine throughout and capable leadership across all levels, instead of just a solid anchor at the top. A ‘boss’ is nothing without capable folk around them to execute the day-to-day operations.
I feel this show would be better if they revealed their identity ..DURING the shift. It would really add an explosive shocking ending in most cases. With how the bad/good employees react. Rather than them calling them into an office days later. Let's see the look on there faces when the victim tells the bully....by the way I'm a multi million dollar ceo of this company

I feel it would be better not to. When you know who someone is, that could affect the outcome by making you nervous.
@robogreek3157 It's not super common, but I've seen it happen at least a few times on this show where the employee is so bad that they break character just to fire them. A couple of them I've also seen break character to thank/ help a great employee.

I wish I could show you the POS vase I got for my 20th. For my 25th, I got a KNIFE SET. It was Swiss so, good quality but (all bosses who are listening) nothing says "we appreciate you" like a knife set...a cash gift is always best.

Many can. You can notice the way they all tell a sob story. Would you tell someone you just met all your troubles outside of work? In a few episodes some employees even stated they thought they recognised them but were not 100% sure.
Would you say anything or just work your ass off and impress more in the hopes to be rewarded 🤣
if it's done by a professional, it's unnoticeable it's extremely hard to when a professional makes it look extremely natural

That acknowledgement will fuel the fire and make you go that much harder.
Because at that moment, even if we don't realize it, we make a personal vow to do all that's within our power to not disappoint that person.

What's with the HAIR? They always get these crappy wigs. They don't look "unkempt", they just look ... Hallowe'en. Also you can tell it's bogus/re-creation when they work around food and nobody makes them net their hair.

I think it's a great thing that the boss comes down and looks at things and fixes things and helps the person I dealt with but what about every other person that you employ that also has problems that also is hard strong worker, those people in the background so to speak will get nothing no incentive no motivation to me that's the only thing that's not fair about this

I think a lot of the employees notice the obvious wig but just figure "some people wear wigs" and don't think much more of it. But the particularly absurd wig on the trainee electrician wasn't going to fool anyone. Men working blue collar jobs do not just wear wigs.

They're not that incompetent, they're messing up and acting stupid on purpose to see the reactions of their employee. To see how they treat new employees and customers. What would you learn by being immediately good at the job and on their good side right off the bat?

I've worked for Armando Montelongo at his call center I would say it was probably one of the best times that I've ever had working there due to the employees that were working with me but him as an individual was very arrogant and he really didn't care about his employees

Those cases are miracles only happen once in a million the majority of people who working very hard for companies or in private jobs like housekeeping for example and they are very loyal they never received anything for their bosses even more they fired you without any reason.
