    We can also try Litti because it is always made of Least refined wheat and sattu.
    So it so healthy than Rice and roti.
    (We always need more refined flour for make perfect Roti)

    I didn’t get it how white rice is polished with chemicals? Back home we have a farm and grow rice,corn,wheat etc. we never polish the rice. Once its harvest we dry them in sun then take them to a mill to take its skin off and walla white rice is there. 🧐
