    Thank you Cole,I hope this finds you.I’m 60 now, I haven’t done my yoga for about 3 years now, I was in a bad accident,in chronic pain.
    My body has been screaming for help,I am a regular walker,(& I love it,nature is my life!) but I am as tight as a top & need to unwind it.

    I do not know yoga but have the tightest hamstrings, neck & back known to man so I really enjoyed Coles's gentle stretches. I have meditated on & off for many years so I thoroughly enjoyed the meditative aspect as well. Thanks, Cole! This makes me less apprehensive about trying some beginning yoga!

    I've been doing beginners' yoga by Chole for 7 days now. I feel much better. My body is very relaxed and a bit more flexible. Going to keep committing to doing yoga and meditation daily.

    I have Multiple Sclerosis and am currently going through a flare up of my symptoms. It makes me very tired and gives me pain throughout my lower body. This video was fantastic for stretching me out and just helping me feel a little more in control of my body. The thing about letting go of something in a twist also made me think about how much anger I've held in myself for being ill. Thank you very much for helping me feel better.

    About 10 years ago I began practicing yoga at the gym where I worked. I fell in love with it and found it to be the very best way to begin my day. At one point they were offering 3 early morning classes each week - and I was at every one! I think I was in my best physical shape while practicing yoga for those few years. Sadly as the budget decreased, so did the number of classes until they canceled completely. I love your style Cole...and I hope to continue at home and find my flexibility once again! Namaste!

    ive been awaiting abdominal surgery since april and being not allowed much excercise ive been in such tight pain,shoulders neck and legs. this was gentle and soooo affective i can finally sleep through the night and wake up with movement and not knots and headaches.thankyou so much .And your voice is a perfect meditative pitch i could listen to you talk and it relaxes me easily.

    Cole you are helping in ways you can't imagine. I love your videos, the way you explain the poses and exactly what to do and what not to do! I became addicted to your videos and that is so helpful to keep me going. I'm 56 and have fibromyalgia and neck arthritis and other issues. I ask if you could dedicate a video for people with this chronic condition that is so hard to control, muscle stiffness if you workout a bit too hard or if you don't workout at all. Thank you for your channel!

    I love this! I've only been doing yoga for a month and with an injured leg. I've been looking for gentle floor flows and none of them except for this one really delivered what I was looking for. This has become my go-to morning yoga flow now, thank you Cole!

    I've noticed my dog looks relaxed sometimes when I play one of Cole's videos. Is she really a bit off a dog whisperer? I really enjoy the style of presentation and can feel improvement in my strength and flexibility. Thank you.

      She loves dogs, thats for sure. Hehe, we've had people say this about her videos before...kinda cool. My dog usually sleeps in my room when I'm editing the audio for these videos, I think the soothing voice helps them relax :D

    I love this!!! I am trying to heal adrenal dysfunction/fatigue and this is the perfect place for me to start. I need more light restorative/relaxing yoga workouts like this to do for awhile before going on to actual yoga. I've watched several other people and Cole is my favorite so far. The music and her voice help me relax and the poses are perfect for now.

    Wow. From the bottom of my heart I thank you so very much for making this video. I'm dealing with a traumatic injury and am going through physical therapy. So far everything has been to painful to do.So the doctor suggested I try beginner yoga. Your video has given me hope of recovery and a better quality of life.     I actually found myself tearing up when we were twisting and you talked about letting things go. I've been going through some sort of (positive) change inside after many many years of heartache. I did speak to the hurt, the anger, the resentment to just go away for good. I think I'm finally on track and you are becoming instrumental in this wonderful thing that's happening. just, thank you.

    I got hurt at work pretty bad a couple weeks ago n needed 2 do sumthin 2 prevent myself from falling into depression (something I suffer from) n when I was pregnant I did pregnancy yoga n it helped it. This video definitely helped me feel somewhat normal again. Gonna continue with it as I slowly heal

    I just did this today. I feel like I am aware of my whole body and my neck pain (has been bothering me for a few days now) has weakened. I also did some aditional stretches at the end, because I just felt like it. Will try more stuff from the Yoga for beginners playlist in the next days! :)

    LOVED that. Ohmygosh. What would I like to see? More on the ground videos. After work, I'm not able to do standing exercises well -- sore feet and my body lacks the ooomph. This sort of video is perfect for those days.I also loved the gentle soft music and the spaces of silence. A teacher of few words -- this allows the practitioner to go inside and pay attention internally. Thank you.

    Im doing yoga home threw videos for years and that was the most restorative yoga i ever found! There was no pain in my body at any of your moves only relief..Thank you. Most of other instructors videos the body found difficult to relax or feel well generally, your positions do nothing but good in body and come naturally following too..Also the most of the others talk every second of the session which never helps to relax !!!! So thank you for not talking wayyyy too much too lol ...Love x:)

      So? she should be ashamed of her body? She doesn't dress to put it in your face, it's just part of the natural movement of the body. Concentrate on YOUR body and YOUR mind, close your eyes and follow the voice. It's about YOU going inside, not judging what's outside.

    You are my favorite yogi to lead my practice, I look forward to practicing with you each time I lay down my mat. I do however struggle with the commercials that tend to come up in your videos in the middle and the end. It alters the flow of the sessions but no less powerful.

    I love this video. It's part of my standard set of three videos that I do several times a week. I'm a beginner, and this has been perfect for beginning to stretch without going too far and making things worse. You have such a wonderful presence; I could just listen to you even if I can't do the yoga :)

    I show yoga videos to a group of seniors, mostly 70 to 80 yrs. We love your videos but need something suitable for this age group. We found a great chair yoga video of yours for the first half of our class but need one not too challenging for the floor. Than, you! Lakeland Florida

    Wonderful! I can't even get the 1st pose without pain and extreme discomfort. I thought that this was supposed to be for beginners.
