What an amazing testimony. I too have found her but only recently. I am in remission as I was diagnosed with Cancer last March and had 6 months of chemo. Once I was in very good shape but now I have been so inactive for about a year or more. This is my second week with Jen's Videos. I do one or two everyday. So far I am only doing the stretches but as I progress I plan on getting into more challenging things to tone too. I feel like I was guided divinely to find her videos. As a 47-year-old man who thought he was fit, yoga has taught me that a crucial measure of fitness has gone neglected for a very long time. I am going to stick with yoga.

Jen, you are such an inspiration. My tight hips are not allowing me to get my legs touching while stacked at ALL. Hi Jen. I’m 44 soon to be 45 years old. I just discovered your videos. My body is VERY tight. I am starting yoga to be able to ride a sport motorcycle again without pain to hopefully be able to ride pain free after a L5 fracture, and L5/ S1 herniation 20 years ago. This was day 1, and I absolutely had to use a pillow, with knees high in the air. I’ll keep you updated! Thank you for this!
Thank you for your stretching videos. I use them regularly, I drive a school bus so I sit a lot my sciatica and hip and knee love it when I stretch, it’s amazing how well it works no more pain meds just stretching and no more pain. It has also helped my husband thank you Jen hilman

Although I have practiced yoga for several years, I have only recently started on a daily practice. I always go for beginner practices because most of them are slow, like yin. Fast paced, heart racing yoga doesn't even seem like yoga to me. Your classes are wonderful, and are helping me rehab from an injury. Thank you so much!

I endeavour to practice daily with Jen and choose a series for a week or a practice just to suit my body... Listen to your body ...loving this !

I've tried many yoga programs over the years and have always been disappointed, frustrated, and have quick soon after starting. That being said, your videos are the best that I've ever used for instruction, and this video is my favorite for taking care of all of the lower body tightness that I'm currently working to get rid of! Your videos are instructional, supportive, and have helped immensely in terms of controlling breathing and targeting the right spots. I never feel overwhelmed by your instruction, and very much appreciate when you mention easier or more basic versions of each stretch along with the more advanced or deeper ways of doing each. Keep up the great instruction!
I never thought i could do yoga, never dreamed i could be flexible enough to get my body into some of these poses. I began using your neck stretches a few years ago (i have scoliosis and am a full time dancer). After that i began using more and more of your videos. Now that I am in substance recovery I make it a goal to do one of your videos a day as a part of my recovery after my daily meditation. It has become my favorite part of my day. Thank you for being you and putting such great videos out there.

Thank you for helping me. I’m 73 and have had 2 surgeries in 6 months. My flexibility has been limited to zero but with your patient teaching I’m slowly feeling mor flexible and my balance improves daily. I’m going slow in order to be able to go through this video in the correct way. I look forward to getting these areas flexible so I can move on to others. Again thank you so very much!!!

I have been experiencing lower back pain for a week now, so I went back through the videos and id everyone designed to relieve lower back pain. I received some relief but did not improve as I thought I would. I saw this video and gave it a try, it was excellent and just what I needed. The stretches must have reached the areas causing me the discomfort and now the pain is gone. I will continue to do this video each morning for the next week but wanted to extend my thanks to you for your time and care so help others experience the full benefit of yoga.

This worked, I can squat so much easier after an injury. When I got off the floor after trying I noticed I got up easier and without difficulty. Thank you.
Hi Jen!!! I'm 12 and I used to do gymnastics and I was so flexible. But once I quit I couldn't even touch my toes without bending my knees. But now thanks to all your videos I'm way more flexible and can touch my toes without bending my knees. Thank you so much!! :)

I've noticed videos from you before on Psychetruth and know this one is also a bit older; but this was actually the first time i followed along. I've never been that flexible, but since months i have a very tight lower body (especially left hip and hamstrings) and it was gettin worse from job. I hope this will help me. Thx.
