    I do not typically comment on videos but I had to here. I did this flow last night. I am only 6 weeks into my yoga journey and while I have done other neck/shoulder focused flows (and they have been great) I woke up this morning for the first time in 22 years and did NOT need to reach for my bottle of Tylenol for an arthritis neck induced headache!! I absolutely had to give you a huge THANK YOU for your awesome videos!!

    I've been doing this series of stretches every morning for the past several weeks. Prior to starting my neck was so stiff I could not turn it and now I have full range of motion and very little pain. I am photographer and carry heavy equipment on my shoulders for many hours at a time. This series has helped me to maintain my health and my do my job. Thank you Cole!

    My husband has been experiencing neck pain and complaining not being able to work properly. He is not in to Yoga but after he tried this, he was happy about the result. It does work!!! Thank you Cole. ^_^

    Cole.... for quite a few years I was in deep neck and shoulder pain. Had been to a couple of of physiotherapists but all was in vain. The greatest thing is, u do your yoga posses slowly and don't force us to push our selves which actually boosts us in pushing our selves. I was unable to rotate my neck but this is helping me

    Taking up yoga made me realize that my shoulders and sides are tight, and I have been googling around for a while and trying out different poses. But this is the first video where I could see the value of doing yoga practice with the video as a live lesson, as opposed to just making a note and trying a pose later. Good sequence. And a great teacher, that shines through.

      Yoga TX i agree. i tried a couple of other ones on youtube, and this is the best one so far. i esp. liked the pose where you interlock your arms and fingers in front. it gave a nice stretch for my shoulders. ty!!!!

    I have had chronic neck and shoulder pain for over two years. This may sound silly, but I have really never felt the relief from any other neck and shoulder yoga.     For me, this is the KING of shoulder stretchout vids on TH-cam, especially when we transition out of the sitting stretches. The puppy pose and chest stretches that follow it are DIVINE, and often left out of other shoulder stretching videos. Thank you for leading this practice, Cole Chance!

    Chiropractors, muscle relaxers, pain meds, surgeons....NO ONE could help my neck and shoulder issues until now with your video. I am able to do the first 10 minutes only, but I do it 3 times a day and already the numbness in my hand is going away. God bless you for this. Thank you soooooooooooooooooooooooo much!

    These stretches feel SO good. I've done other neck & shoulder yoga videos before without much satisfaction but this one really hits the spot. Hoping it will help with some other physical issues I've been dealing with, but even if not, it just feels really, really good.

    This was fantastic, thanks so much! I just found the ad breaks very intrusive. I understand they're necessary and how they make a free class of such high quality possible, but maybe they could be at the beginning and the end? That way you don't have to untangle yourself to hit skip :)

    This is my favorite flow of all time. I have issues maintaining a healthy posture and this makes it easier for my body to do so. A tip for others that enjoy this too, though; don't be afraid to pause the video to breathe into the poses for a bit longer to get the benefits. Once you've done this a few times, too, if you're low in time, you can flow through it a bit faster or even choose the poses that you find most beneficial for the day. Peace and love, Cole.     I've tried the routine, works really well, but I've felt sore after, I use a neck massager for the soreness it really helps me out a bunch. I got one at shopcrackneck for cheap and it actually works, not a scam or anything like most products..

    Oh, my goodness! I've been in hospital for three days now and they only have these horrible feather pillows and refuse to let me bring a better pillow of my own in, so I've been struggling with neck pain for the past two nights so much. I remembered I did this sequence a while back to try it out, so I just did the first seated part on my bed and looks be damned and already I feel tons better! Thank you ladies! I have a feeling I'll actually be able to rest and heal tonight. I wish they had private facilities so I could do the rest. ❤ ah! I'm so grateful! Namaste.

    Most efficient neck and shoulder yoga I have. Every morning, I feel dizzy because of sniff of shoulder and neck. However, after practice this yoga, I am refreshed. Most important, it is just 20 minutes. Good for people who need go to work in morning. I love every class from Cole. I am not flexible. Her classes are not so challenging but useful. Thank you, Cole. Could you design a neck and shoulder yoga class for pregnant women?

      It not only help pains from neck, shoulders to arms but also get rid of headache combined with the other video yoga. I do all these 30 seconds each exercise with 10 seconds resting.

    Cole, you have helped me so much! I have Fibromyalgia & Osteoarthritis. and the pain is usually intense in the morning. Meds do not help. I take a hot shower every morning and come to Yogatx and pull you up and do which ever Yoga I need for the pain in my body which is usually my neck, back, & shoulders. I don't know what I'd do without you. My Gym only offers Yoga 3 days a week but I need it every day so you have been a God send! Thank you so much for helping me get thru my pain each & every day. Namaste!

      thank you thank you again... i dislocated my shoulder, and its been 45days of discomfort. ive been trying things (ignoring it too, working, dancing...). I couldn't take it.... i was searching found your video...and I feel 90% better again!!! You might be up for a My Hero nomination

    Awesome 20 minute session. Felt relaxed the hole time and didn't feel like 20 minutes had passed. Will definitely be doing more yoga!

    Thank you for focusing on neck and shoulder. This video really helps my shoulder tightness. I tried other videos but I really like this one. I have an old shoulder injury and have found that other videos have aggravated it but not this one.

    Chey Chole, Thank you again for the great session. I have been watching your videos for almost a year now- sadly, haven't been able to practice along throughout. Recently, I got sick with Influenza and bed-ridden for almost a month. My body was very weak and today after watching your video after long, I feel much better with my breathing. Thank you for the great work.
