    That went by so fast and so slow in the same time lmao. It was so cool to have a workout with "real music" (if that makes sense). Also no repeat is always making the pain more bearable. Thank you so much for this !

    I wasn’t able to do all of the exercises fully because I’m not that advanced yet but I gave it the best I could. I feel more awake now

    If you are a beginner, remember, by all the push ups and planks you CAN drop the knees, you CAN pause the video for 30 seconds to take a break. Don't worry if you can't do everything in the beginning. There is no reason to demotivate yourself. Just hang in there. Your journey doesn't end until you give up.

    Really like your workouts I can definitely do without the cursing in the songs. I used to have my kids join me in your workouts but I can't anymore because the songs can have F bombs in them. It isn't a motivator for me when I hear the cursing.

    Loved it *.* Although I sometimes have to take a pause during your workouts, I would always get back to it!!!!

    Really quick and high intensity for sure! Whoa with those clap pushups too. I can never do them. So I try to do a push-up and then blast straight up, whatever I can manage to plyo both hands off the floor. Thanks for the challenge

    This was exactly, what I needed today. Finally I was able to do some side plank crunches. This motivated me so much. Next steps will be low push-up holds and clapping push-ups. It's still a journey, tho -but I love it!

I love Yoga with Kassandra, she has 10 min yoga videos and they are so lovely for a quick stretch as you are doing little bits at a time. I like to mix it up with yoga and hiit :) Have a very merry Christmas!

    I came back to this video for the second time, first time was before I've gone through the 28days challenge (which I'm surprised that I haven't missed a day except for some weekend mobility exercises which I substituted with walking or slow swimming.) I remember that I couldn't do 2cm above the floor pushup hold, side prank variations without taking a break, mountain climber with the consistent pace, and (of course) 4x mountain climber- 4x hand clap pushups. On today's exercise, I could do all of them other than the last one... (which I hope I'll be able to do after another challenge series in March - I'm so excited about it, Anna!) I just wanted to express how grateful I feel to be able to find this channel, your fitness program made an immense impact on my body and mostly on my mind! Keep up your great work! xx Love:)

    Porque ella usará los mismos tenis en todos sus videos???No se pero me gusta ,me hace pensar que ella piensa en tantas de nosotras , que hacemos sus ejercicios con los mismos tenis, debido que no tenemos tantos diferentes😌

    The playlist is AMAZIIIIIING! (had to say it!). Your workout videos are absolute killer, I hate you when doing them but then love you for such great contents, i'm improving, i'm getting stronger and god that feels so good.
    I know most people probably only have dumbells at home or kettlebel but you could consider making a barbell workout video ?
    Thanks a lot for everything you do. (By the way I ordered some gymshark items with your link, so happy of the quality and feeling of the products!!)

    Ich mache das Workout mit dem Februar Plan jetzt das zweite Mal und ich habe soooo eine krasse Verbesserung im Vergleich zum ersten Mal festgestellt 😍 hab das erste Mal die Push up Holds die ganze Zeit über halten können. Danke Anna! 🥳

    The workout itself, warm up and cool down were awsome as always, but can I say, the music did not match the exercises, it was not energetic enough and had lower pace. Maybe suitable for a pilates session, not Anna's killer HIITS.

    Your workouts are great! I now want to do at least one everyday. I really like that the workouts are short enough that as I work from home I can randomly take a break and squeeze one in!

    Liegestützhalten! Scheiß-Idee... Nein, nur Spaß. Aber zuerst Pike-Push-Up, dann Hand-Release Push Up Toe Tap und dann Liegestützhalten... Mama Mia.
    Trotzdem: Vielen Dank dafür. :-) (Bin ja selber schuld, wenn ich mit mache...)

    I love how every time there's some exercise i'm not used to and that challenges me!! (like the low push up hold...!)
    I had really low willpower today but once i started i pushed through it just by following you ^^ thanks a lot 🙏
