    I need a full day of counting macros video. Also how did your full strength training journey go? Do you use a trainer?

      Hmm that’s a great idea. I’ll have to work on that soon. Thanks for the feedback! To answer your other questions, I didn’t use a trainer. I started with TH-cam workouts from Heather Robertson, Juice & Toya, and Grow with Jo, then I slowly made my way into the gym/weight training. I just recently stopped using TH-cam follow along workouts and started structuring my own based on what I want to target.

      @@alexandreeuhhh share some workouts with us and also how to create targeted workouts. All I know is upper and lower body, lol. I will subscribe and stay tuned.
