Hi! When your doctor clear you to do high impact exercises again. I´m on my 6 week but my doctor just told me 2 months without severe force and that's it. so Im on the dark here and I need to lose weight as well. Thank you for your time and congrats for your transformation.
I honestly don’t remember exactly when but I know I started walking on the treadmill after about a week later and based on my Apple Watch looks like I started strength training again at week 2
I took it easy though with TH-cam workouts and dumbbells .. didn’t start lifting heavy/usinf machines until I lost a majority of my weight if that helps
Thanks! I’ll try to do something more this week because I’m scare you know, I got to lose 35 kg still and I feel anxious for my post surgery recovery go wrong cause I’m to eager and do things that I’m not supposed to.

@alexandreeuhhh that's dedication girl! So what's the full plan? You dropping a video? Looks like there was a combo of low carb diet, strength and cardiovascular for workout plus consistency.

Keep it up. Women need upper body strength too. If you dont work the upper body out, the muscles atrophy as you get older and then you wont be able to do many tasks as a senior.

You don’t always understand why things happen in the moment but sometimes it’s to change the trajectory of your life for the better.. It’s crazy to think how many memories we’ve created over the last 8 years and even how much we’ve grown together AND as individuals. To think I almost wanted to leave Texas and move back home. I was meant to move here to create the family I always wanted as a child. It still doesn’t feel real sometimes that I’m literally living my dream. Sometimes I have to reflect to humble myself for how far I’ve come and thank God. Baby Alex would be so proud of and look up to me and that’s the true flex 💪🏽
