You are literally playing with fire! The only good part is that you're using a balancer. But soldering directly to the battery cells is dangerous. In the best case, you damage internal insulators etc. and reduce lifetime. In the worst case the battery explodes and hits you right in the face... Believe me, I made that error too (but my face is still ok, fortunately)

You're correct. I did this carefully. Didn't heat too much. For reliable connection i need to solder instead of using battery holder. I will use this battery pack in soccer bot. So it need to be strongly connected.
