@@MrAKsTime You need xl4015 charge module to limit charging current.
BMS only goes into protect at 20A (and will not allow charge until disconnected).
Router power adapter is only rated 1 or 2A, Will overcurrent when li-ion battery at 9.6V is connected
@@Android-ng1wn you are absolutely right , charging should be limited to 2A, otherwise battery will get hot and even can burst, if the input supply has so.much power to feed, normal router adaptor will nit charge completely discharged cells
Bhai Jan main nay ya circut banyan hai lakin in4007 charging k Dron heet bohat hota hai
Is it possible to add more baterries so they provide the 12v needed, perhaps using a different charge controller? Does the booster itself consume any current to work?
If you increase the battery, you will get more backup. you can add and the boost module will not consume much current.
I have used buck booster pcb XL 6009. But the BMS output voltage is dropping to 4V when the XL 6009 pcb is connected. What to do ?
please reply
Good
Sir , do you better flawless design with lot of improvements?
Can i use 10A bms board ? because i already purchased it 😢
Yes. Ensure output amp...
Output giving 2v only what can i do next?
@@tanveeralam410Adjust the voltage.
What if you just skip this module and use the battery connected to the power supply. Current will be drown from the power supply, the battery will be fully loaded. When there is the outage battery will be used. Whta is the advantage of this module? Voltage regulator can be used to produce stable 12V. My router works fine for input voltage 9-24 so it has the regulator build-in.
Se colleghi direttamente le batterie al litio ad un alimentatore senza limitazione di corrente oppure di tensione la corrente potrebbe diventare eccessiva e tale da danneggiare le batterie o addirittura farle esplodere.
agree, a cheap power bank could be used to power the router, the problem is they switch off then power consumption is too low
Plz Help ,, I made it But my Onu Going off On after 30 Minute , But my router still on long time ,, how to incraise back up with onu and router ,,
send me the images of your module at me mraktimes@gmail.com let me check first.
what is the use of buck-boost converter here? Why can't there just be a battery, which is being charged by input dc connector while the dc connector still provide power to the load and when power goes off, the battery will provide the power to the load? Anyone please reply.
I used buck-boost converter because I need 9v only. Usage of BMS is to protect the battery for overvoltage and low voltage. It will charge the battery too, once the battery is full the power supply will be cut to the battery, and it will go to output directly.
I also make a video about this ❤
सर मे ईस पर कॅमेरा लगा सकता हु कया सर 12.1amp का
Yes, But ensure the output voltage before connecting.
thanks for this. However, could you please give the numbers of the modules you used?
18650 Battery
LM2596
3S BMS for 18650
1N4007
6A Mini Switch
DC Female Jack
Also add XL4015 module and configure current limit to maximum of charger
@@Android-ng1wn XL4015 will give 5A current and BMS is 20A. BMS will control it...
@@MrAKsTime I'm talking about XL4015 module with adjustable Constant Current limit, search xl4015 lithum charger led driver.
When battery is empty and power comes back, charger will probably short circuit protect or blow (well below 20A) trying to power such a dead pack
@@Android-ng1wn you mean to replace the LM2596 with XL4015?
