    I love working out with Anna. Her enthusiasm and personality burst through the screen. This is a great arm and shoulder video. I highly recommend if you're in a time crunch or just need something for arms day.

    These short ones are great after a 30 min workout. Adds up to a 40 min and makes you feel like you achieved something.

    I've been doing this once a week for few weeks and my arm has toned up. It's absolutely will be my permanent workout routine. Thank you for the exercise! It really helps me to get my ideal body

    Anna is so cool. I love her manner of teaching: both highly professional and persuasive - and joyful and enthusiastic :) With her voice it's much easier not to give up :)

    This is a great quick arm and shoulder segment. I overreached with 10 lbs, but didn’t die. Might sub in 8 lbs for a few of the exercises next time. And that rotator cuff stretch is everything! Thank you, Anna!

    hiii!!!!!!I have been a POPSUGAR Fitness/ANNA fan for a couple of years now AND i noticed something I'd like to share; the lighting in this video is GREAT!!!     Love this workout, I had just done a 15 minutes Iso legs workout, so I was glad to not only work my arms, but my legs as well :D

    Good quickie upper body workout. Thank for the rotator cup stretch at the end. I've been having a lot of stiffness with my right shoulder and this stretch felt soooo marvelous afterwards 🙏🏾🙌🏾

    I love POPSUGAR, definitely one of my main go-to's for an at home workout. Would love to see a Zumba like aerobics with current music. I have tried Zumba at a family members gym, I don't have access to it and would love it!!

    I do this workout on my "rest" day. Shhh! I am supposed to lay off working out but CAN'T! So this is light for a stretch but not a "Workout"! Thanks

    Love your videos! I do several of your videos and they really have helped me to feel motivated to get up early in the am before work! I am starting to lose weight and even am sleeping better at night which is a miracle because I'm an insomniac. Lol Keep making these great exercise videos!

    this is awesome! I have to get some weight bearing exercise in for my bone density, and sometimes I'm just too busy or tired, but this lil 10 minutes really works for me on my slow poke days :)

    Love the workout Anna I just felt like I wasn't getting this down for me I was just so sloppy with it Couldn't do the pushups my neck kept straining even without weights. I do like the curls and kickbacks. I sure do love that sassy stretch in the end that felt good. Thank you!

      Slow it way down and focus on getting the form right. Even if you only get a couple of them in. It is more important to do them right. If that is still too much, try leaving out the legs and just focusing o getting the arm moves down first. You can do it!! Keep trying!! You'll get it! :)

      Me neither, instead of doing the push-ups I stayed on my knees and did the rotation. As long as we keep at it and we will get.

      I did a push-up girly style, on my knees. Then went up into plank position to do the rotation. Trying to do the rotation on my knees felt like it strained my knees. So back and forth I went. It worked. Just keep moving and do what you can do!!

    Very good thank you, I like that you included some shoulder exercises since my arms are pretty strong but I have weak shoulders and I don’t normally see many shoulder workouts

      Hi Jessica! Is this lesson also for men? I am a man and just started this lesson but it was so difficult 😞I could only manage with 1 lb dumbbells but my arms just completely gave up and I stopped at around the 6 min mark😟I wish I can be strong, muscular, and empowered!
