We love this workout too. You should take 48 off between strength training sessions, so you could do this workout every other day, but it's important to mix up your strength training workouts to keep your muscles guessing. Be sure to try some of our other arm workouts on our channel!

I am trying to switch up my workout routine, since I am a beginning cyclist and find it harder to go at it every day.I hope that I can do this arm workout and some yoga and add in some rest days. Do you have any advice about "total" rest days? I keep feeling that, to lose weight and gain cardio, I *must* work out each day. But folks keep telling me that it's wrong to do so. Thoughts? I admit to being pretty burned out and in agony today after two hard days of cycling.
i dont have them either lol, i heard you can use full water bottles though. but i did these without dumbbells and still felt the burn i think it will just take longer
I tried doing this on a pair of 8lbs and the Side Raise Hold murdered my arms. I had to drop them many times since it's so difficult even when your arms are bent.
I'm feeling the holding one too much in my neck more than my arms even when I think about the right muscles and I don't want those neck humps like a guy. Can anyone give me some other tips to make it work in my arms?
I thought this was going to be easy but.... damn!!!.... i was all sweaty & my legs, my legs i can't explain the feeling. Being a model isn't as easy as it seems -_-

I was using 5 lb dumbbells and GODDAMMIT this is difficult.
It's been 4 weeks. I'm starting to feel the muscles but my arms are so loose that it'll take a while before it makes a difference I guess.
