I started this worlout 6 days ago and I couldnt even finish 2 reps because my core uscles are very weak but I kept coming back everyday and today "the sixth day" I went through the ENTIRE workout without stopping, I was so proud of myself. Keep going, you WILL get better and stronger. Try some basic core workouts for diastasis recti, they will strengthen and prepare you for these workouts 😍

I absolutely loved this workout! Please do more 20-25 minute full body workouts!! The exercises were so diverse and strengthening, yet I didn’t feel like it was over bearing. This is the perfect balance of workouts I need to get myself into summer shape!
I have been doing these videos 5 days a week for 3 weeks and notice such a big change in my core and overall strength. That’s a lot of giving that glute a tap!
Nicole packs a punch with EVERY workout of hers. I come back to her when I do not want to workout because her voice is so soothing and my muscles are always on fire. Never regret clicking on any of her workouts as the time FLIES! It feels like meditation. Synchronizing my breath with the pace of the moves is the most challenging part, but I am so comfortable with the Intermediate workouts now, that I think I would go to the advanced ones soon. Loads of love to you Nicole! the only regret I have is not having to find you earlier.

i switched from the beginner one to this 20mins intermediate. Let me tell you at first trial I was like nah...I cant do this, and then I gave it another go and Im so glad I did. Every each time I do this workout Im able to push though it so much better and enjoy it so much. After like one week I can do the whole workout even do I still struggle most of the time. Cant wait to try other workout from you, Nicole! You are amazing!❤
Thanks Nicole. I have been using your workouts for nearly a year now. They have helped me in my recovery from a Stem cell transplant, rebuilding my core and all over muscle tone after 9months in and out of hospital. The first time I did one I could hardly lift a leg off the floor, a year on I am now handling these intermediate ones and doing the whole thing. They are a great challenge, and I love the fact you can choose something to fit your time schedule. x
This is a great workout! I like the way Nicole progresses through the moves, some of which were new to me, in a smooth pattern. The session is packed full without staying in one position too long.

This is day 2 of doing this workout.
I started in September with the beginner pilates workout which i've been doing on occasion ever since. I thought I would try doing the workouts again a little bit more consistently.
However, I felt like the beginner workout had become a little too easy for me so I thought I would try this one. I started with very low expectations but to my surprise I managed to finish the workout, even though I almost failed at the last part with the planks.
Today was definitely easier than yesterday, even though it was still very hard. My abs feel a little bit sore but nothing excessive.
I'm writting this comment to hopefully hold myself accountable to update, continue working out and hopefully see some results.
So day 2 complete✔
The rest of the days ive been busybut ive been on the move in general.
Did it again today, it has become easier, especially the last part. I will continue doing this

I’ve been doing Pilates every day except for Sunday’s since July 8th (it’s September 13th) and I’ve never been able to do a roll-up. But today when I did this exercise I did the roll-up. I’m so excited I finally did it!
So proud of you and the women who are able to do these things😭 my goal is to do a side split and ten pushups (girl pushups probably😓)

Wow, first Pilates class I tried and I loved it so much. I have struggled with exercise addiction in the past and this workout really helped me to feel energised and happy but still felt like I had a good workout. More like this please xx

I never feel like exercising by the end of the day. But I know Nicole's 20 mins-30 mins workouts are so relaxing, so challenging and so rewarding physically and mentally. First time I've enjoyed pilates! Really great. I am trying to get a workout going to fix my "anterior pelvic tilt". This is such a great workout for all the muscles involved, if anyone else is struggling with that. Thanks!

it amazes me how there are some movements i cant seem to do in high intensity workouts but manage to complete without problem when i do it slowly.. even though i dont look as graceful as you do, i can feel all my muscles being worked! so happy i found ur channel, thank you! :)

I love this workout, I’ve done it a few times a week since lockdown, and find it so quick and effective! I’ve started it again recently after the birth of my first child, and love that I can do it quickly in my pj’s whilst baby naps. Already seeing my abs appearing again 👏🏼

I absolutely love your classes! I do them almost every day! I used to injure myself doing yoga or Pilates but the way you explain the position for every exercise has really helped me. I have stronger muscles now and my back pain is gone.

Hey Nicole, I just wanted to reach out and say that I'm currently doing my Pilates Instructor training, and I find your videos to be sooo helpful and well put together. A lot of TH-cam-pilates can lose integrity and end up being just an ab or thigh workout, with the insrtuctor throwing in words like "tabletop" and "t zone" and not much else. Anyway just wanted to say thanks and to keep going!!

This workout has been my go-to lately. I have an injured wrist and felt really defeated when it came to yoga and pilates, but this video is nearly complete wrist-free and I'm loving it! Thank you Nicole and excited to try others after recovering!!

12:29 I always have problems with this one! I can't do it without pain, not like a soreness, like a this-might-break-my-body pain.
Today I managed to complete the whole workout - proud moment! I love this one I keep returning. It is the final exercise that I find hard to push through but today I promised myself to go one step further than before and then that led me to finishing it all - yay! Thank you for this Nicole - as a dancer, Pilates is so good for body conditioning so I highly recommend you for the quality of your content x

I'm a beginner and I was struggling so much, when I went to pause I saw it was intermediate ! I almost left the video but I decided to still try my best and I went until the end of the video (not without pain and difficulties...). I'm proud of myself !

Keep up with it! And there are lots of Pilates beginner workouts on TH-cam, too. I started off with a 7 Day Challenge with a TH-camr called Robin Long / The Balanced Life and then progressed to TH-camrs like Nicole, who does amazing intermediate workouts!
I just moved from your beginner class to intermediate and this was killer haha I felt EVERYTHING 😅 I am exercising 4-5 times a week and since I have started I feel so good. You definitely made me fall in love with pilates ❤. Thank you ever so much!
I need to find few more videos which include stretching as well. I feel in order to be an intermediate my muscles are quite good and can smash this exercise in week or two of practice but my flexibility is behind.

This was super challenging but suuuuper soothing as well. I don't really enjoy the fast paced rythm of many workouts but pilates really gets me going. I am so thankful for such good and intense (for me at least hahaha) workouts while calming and relaxing. It makes me want to do more and that's great bc working out its not really my favourite thing so thank you so much!!

Sometimes when I watch other videos, I question what the point of the exercise is, and I feel like it's not really working. With you, the muscles that you say are going to burn do.
