Adding to that my body has become more lean and strong. I can feel my posture in a more firm and at the same time flexible way. I didn't do a every day routine, ans still had some results doing 30min 3 times a week (although I'm swearing 🤬 half of the time during the session 😂) I must admit it really works ! @movewithnicole classes are accessible, well balanced and she's such a graceful body goal to me!
@@beautifulangel5634 in combination with diet, pilates can help people lose weight. It doesn’t build muscle, but it tones. It’s really good for your joints, posture, and balance.

But I just started doing your videos and not only are they incredibly challenging, but they also make me feel connected to my body in a way that lifting weights does not. Loved this one a lot; the neck pull was a real challenge but I know that I have to work on my core more. I loved that this workout was performed purely on the floor, so there were no squats involved, it was quite easy on the knees, too. Thank you for your great work, please never stop

I just finished doing 15 of your videos this month (will continue next month!) and I really enjoyed them. Thank you for making challenging, yet do-able workouts available on youtube! I find it difficult to coordinate multiple movements while also trying to coordinate my breath, like when doing the 100's and if you have any advice on how to make it easier, it would be much appreciated!

Loved this one a lot; the neck pull was a real challenge but I know that I have to work on my core more. I loved that this workout was performed purely on the floor, so there were no squats involved, it was quite easy on the knees, too. Thank you for your great work, please never stop

I just finished doing 15 of your videos this month (will continue next month!) and I really enjoyed them. Thank you for making challenging, yet do-able workouts available on youtube! I find it difficult to coordinate multiple movements while also trying to coordinate my breath, like when doing the 100's and if you have any advice on how to make it easier, it would be much appreciated!
