Love this! I can't really do normal HIIT classes as i'm asthmatic so love this Pilates combined HIIT, my heart rate is up and i'm sweating but my breathing isn't too affected. Thanks Nicole! Brilliant as always!

First time to this channel, great video, plenty challenge for me. I appreciated the voice over- no mics on the chest, no gravelly voices or volume fluctuations, or background noise. Just peaceful tone and clear instructions. Lovely voice too. I also appreciated the lack of peacocking, as other channels are too showy, ego-y or zealous for my taste (voices included). The nature backdrop felt nourishing to look at. Really good mix of exercises, and organized with just enough of up/ down and right pace. I didn't feel too rushed or pushed. Got a grateful new follower, thanks for a top shelf video and routine.

This is my second ever workout with Nicole, and I'm going to be honest, I started crying halfway through. I know I'm out of shape but seeing it makes it harder. However! I was able to finish the full 20 minutes, even though I def felt like a rotisserie chicken in that last excerise lol. I love how understanding she is whenever I can't follow her speed so thank you Nicole! I'm sure that under your guidance I will one day be able to keep up with you💕

Im a 16 teenager and this really helps me in my follicular phase, it’s so relaxing and even though I have a really hard time adjusting to ANY workout (I don’t have good energy), this motivates me (even when this is my first time doing this workout) thanks Nicole 😊

Have been doing this for a few times! love this kind of pilates hiit, 45sec and 15sec off, not overly intense yet not too subtle, feel alive and able to get the heart rate up, thanksss Nicole!
I've added a booty band and 1kg weights to most of these exercises and that makes a killer workout 🔥🔥🔥 thanks Nicole for making me feel more confident in my practice

Enjoyed the pattern of all new exercises throughout vs when repeating a series. It kept it interesting and didn’t loose motivation like when have to “start over”.
I always appreciate your work and videos. I find, that your workouts are strengthening and calming at the same time. That’s what I value the most. The timer on the other hand brings in a distraction and takes away from the flowy and calming effect that your workouts usually have. I personally prefer no timers

Loving this one! I love the variation within the movements that you added! I get bored easily and always like doing workouts with fun, innovative combos. I can't do crunches or anything with the head lifted because of neck issues that I've been unable to overcome, so I usually just do a different ab exercise during these times. I would love some neck-friendly modifications or alternatives, if you're willing to input those. No biggie, if not. Just thought I would ask about it as I may not be the only one who suffers with neck issues when doing crunches and such.

Thanks Nicole! Great variations today, I especially liked the boxercise moves and the minimum transition time and the clock in the corner and the sneak preview (instead of transition). I got more done in the time as a result. Time was important as my blood sugar was high and I wanted to come down as quick as possible. Thanks for your work in producing these videos, I appreciate it a lot, as do tens of thousands of others! Incidentally, I grew up in the street that this park is on and my wife and I (and 2 cats) still live on the street (in a different house) after 55 years. Good luck and thanks again.
