    Oh my godddd!! That was the most challenging ab and glute workout that I have ever done. I didn’t make it through all of the moves without having to stop for little breaks, so I’m excited to keep doing this workout until I can get the whole way through without stopping!
    Absolutely love your Pilates videos! I have been doing them every day for the past week, and noticed after today’s workout how much more flexible my body is during the cool down, and it’s only been a week! Love your videos Nicole and thank you!!!!

    Hi Nicole, love your videos I do them everyday!!But I often find that when Im working my glutes I never feel the side Im working on but rather the opposite leg , is this normal? x

    Nicole, I loved this workout! You are so gifted with what you come up with. I never stick to a workout routine because they're so boring but I'm NEVER bored with you. Your workouts produce great results and fun routines all in reasonable time frames. I appreciate that I can do these anywhere. Your voice is also super relaxing so I never feel bitter towards you when you encourage us to push through the pain (another problem I would have with other instructors) - I always feel like you truly know that what we're doing is good for us but you are understanding in any struggle we may endure along the way. I definitely am a committed member to your classes, thank you for your hard work!

    I've recently started pilates (almost 2 weeks now) and I'm quite happy with my progress (in terms of consistency). You're the best pilates instructor I've come across and the fact that I have access to your awesome coaching for free motivates me to keep at it.     What a great workout! Your cues are really good, and the pace is perfect-allows for very effective and proper moves. I also really appreciate the stretching at the end. Years back I got a severe hip injury in Pilates-probably because we never stretched after an intense workout. Thank you!

    This was soooooo good! The ab burn in the first part of the video was so intense! And then the booty burn?? Omg, I could barely do the Plank on the second side & then the Childs pose after the booty session? I could barely hold it bc the stretch hurt so much. Loved it!!

    Hey I know this is an old video but I’m new to Pilates! When moving into the glute/leg combo I find that my shoulder is what is feeling the most burn or intensity and that is often what gets in the way of completing the combo fully and successfully? Is this normal? I also find that throughout the combo my elbow naturally shifts away from my shoulder (this is not what is affecting my shoulder/ arm pain) but is this normal too! Thanks

    I'm extremely skinny (healthy, but naturally skinny) and doing any exercise where I put my bones on the matt hurts like hell! (wrists, elbows supporting shoulders) any tips for that? is that normal?

    Hi Nicole! Thank you , great practice. You think that these practices can help the glutes to become a bit more curvy? I am 58 kg and I don't have many muscles in the glutes. I am basically practising yoga.

    Love the workout except the part when I had to lift up my head & neck for the crunch. It hurts on my neck and made me dizzy. I’m 49. Is there another way to do this ab routine without head & neck lift? Thank you 🌺

    I really need some help and I would appreciate any advice. I have been doing Nicole's classes a lot and I absolutely love them, however I always have problems with moves like the one at 7:45 . No matter what I do, my shoulder hurts so badly that I am barely able to finish the movement, let alone concentrate on the areas of my body that are supposed to be worked out. I also get hip cramps when lifting my leg in that position in the leg that is stabilizing and on the ground. I have tried to keep my posture as perfect as possible but no matter how hard I try, I always have the same problems in positions like this and similar ones.
