    Developped by Olympian Viktor Hald Thorup ( / viktorhaldthorup ) and Sportschiropractor Rene Fejer ( KlinikAktivS...)
    Recommended routine:
    2-3 times weekly. 3 sets of each exercise. Begin with few repetition and make sure to perform the movements correctly. After a adaptation periode of 2 to 4 weeks, you can slowly push it more, and continue until exhaustion. STOP before the technique falls apart!
