I’ve just completed this workout for the first time. 1605 steps but I’m a bit older than Lucy (and nowhere near as fit!) So at age 74 I’m happy with that! Usually I do the belly and waist workouts as that’s where I have the extra fat. Love them all and am so grateful to my daughter for introducing Lucy’s workouts to me.
Thankyu, I normally do morning walk average 90 minutes three times a week. It's been raining n my regular walking paths are ery slippery. I decided to search for indoor exercises and found you. But really good feeling afterwards and especially when it looks like a rainy day limiting chances of outdoor walking. Thank you so much Lucy, the best way to get Monday started ❤🙏

1761 steps for me. Im happy with that and feel good after the workout. Aged 66, noticing the muscles are tighter and steps are not as quick.
