    I love this theme! I can really relate to that kind of anxiety and rushing and I also want to work on seeing time differently, and surrendering in a way to do once at a time.

    +BrettLarkinYoga I've had a really bad relationship with time as a kid. You know, the ones the are always late for class, for going out, even for the bus! When I grow up, I've re-learned how to come in time, and while it was good in a way, I've still had those times before I'm supposed to be somewhere on a specific time, in which I felt stressed out, and when it happens - you can't really function efficiently (since you're distracted by stressing thoughts), so you most likely spill something or do your makeup wrong haha.
    Only after doing a lot of reading, did I even got aware of this, that I do get to places in time, but with little energy levels.
    Meditating has really helped me with this. Nowadays, I can get organized for anything very fast, and with little to no anxiety involved.
    Thank you so much for this meditation. I'm doing this a lot, especially on Fridays, when my weekend begins.

    I very much enjoyed the video i was having anxiety about the my test and this helped. Except the video adjusting in the beginning from close to far scared me a bit. So I'd be careful about that especially for people who have anxiety. It made me a bit nervous thinking it was me.

    Namaste brett. First time meditated fully with you. And feel I can be slowed down from being hasty always in thought speech and action. My great problem is numbness of my feet before it ends. Please help and suggest a stretch for me in this brett. Thank u.

      Try sitting on a cushion, stool, or even a chair to elevate your hips higher than your knees, this should help!
