    I have been following other yoga videos which don’t involve your techniques. However I’ve realized that kundalini yoga is definitely the most potent and effective practice. This video was extremely helpful and i’m going to try to repeat this everyday. Thank you so much ❤

      What she is teaching isn't kundalini yoga. Look for some Gurus in India. It is not something any Tom and Harry can teach and that too on youtube. She is a business coach and found lot of money in this line so selling as much as she can on name of yoga.

      Because people don't enough research and go by white skin, followers on social media, fancy marketing material she sends and shares, runs lot of ads and all come from people money. If one needs to learn Kundlini, go India, spend some years in secluded zone close to Himalaya and work with Guru. Even simple life changing yoga is taught by good Gurus in India of no costs. What she is doing is nothing but continuing HB’s scammers another branch. Selling someone’s sacred practice for money. If she had even experience 5% of what is Kundlini, she would have quit this business to something ethical way to earn money ​@@jacquelynwozniak7471

      As she knows her empire is standing on a false claim, she is now pushing somatic yoga that is another lie as no ancient practice is calling out for somatic yoga. She also pulling out similar of alliance to are living off selling Kundlini lies and running podcast and retreats and what not to justify that HB was scam but method is still good and whatnot. Wake up before you damage your nervous system and go with some good teacher who teachers regular yoga asanas ​@@jacquelynwozniak7471

    Today i felt emotionally drained by what felt like energy that did not belong to me, like my budget for energy for other people had run out.     A much needed routine to add to my morning. That last bit was much like shadow work, projecting, self reflection, acceptance and loving all that I am. Very healing mind, body, and spirit. Enough to make me want to immerse myself into trauma informed yoga, much like somatic exercise. Mahalo for the experience.

    I went to New York yesterday it brings me memories of my childhood memories I felt very forced ,I felt tired emotional ,I miss a lot of things I couldn't do anymore and I feel ashamed, I felt grounded I miss eating a lot of things ,I drinking Pepsi Cola I can have a little bit Im going shopping 🛒 with my sister tomorrow in the afternoon after her work I wrote a diary what I did yesterday I hope somebody like Brett are gonna tell I'm sorry to put me through this I'm ashamed to say that for the first time and give advice to that that brings me great memories when I got hospitalized with a kidney hypertension condition 5 years ago I gift somebody like Brett but you are my favorite and a yoga teacher,Dont let nobody push stop and take it away from you, Keep your head up high, Brett Greetings from Massachusetts USA 🇺🇸....Love you 😘 🤗

    This and the previous trauma release class are incredibly valuable. I’ve done the one you put out a couple weeks ago several times and have cried during each practice. This one caused the release of tears as well. I love how gentle the other is and how energizing and empowering this class is. Thank you for doing this type of work and promoting healing and wholeness for so many.

      She is scammer. Look for some authentic yoga teacher of indian origin and just learn yoga and then teacher will show you how to work for awaking kundalini and who should be your Guru. She is nothing but BS milking money from fake yoga

    Just amazing! I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and that was the 1st time I actually cried tears ! In the middle of packing up and moving- have lived in this home 32 years- lots of Good and Bad memories!

    Love this. Thank you. I cried through it. Yesterday, the wild anole that I was looking after for 3 months passed away. I was trying to nurse him back to health so that he could run free and happy in the wild again. He would turn green when I held him. Yesterday he was not doing well at all, and so I held him, through his passing away. Which was very difficult. I was on the front porch, where I had come to become acquainted with the wild anoles, Max and Peaches, who I named, they would come out to say hello to Pookie. After Pookie passed away, I placed him outside, on top of a rock he stood on frequently, and covered his body with roses, leaves and flowers. It's wild to think that a little being can have such a big impact on another. I remember holding him, him holding onto me rather. His entire body was the length of my middle finger, and he would use the tip of my finger as a pillow.
    My dog passed away a couple months ago, unexpectedly. I am very immotional. Thank you for the beautiful healing videos. 💛🌞

    Thank you so much just started these somatic yoga classes with you this last movement when you said make a fist put your left hand palm up and pretend a chair is in front of you release it to the chair my body kept pulling me back I think my chair was behind me wax that bad every time I repositioned it kept pulling me back

    I went Queens, New York,I had a good breakfast 🥣 with my family we went to a Mexican restaurant 🍴 I had eggs and bacon 🥓 🥚 toasted 🥪 ham had Hot Chocolate 🍫 my mom Jamaican juice my brother had orange juice my dad had coffee I dont know really what my mom had for breakfast 🥣 and really my brother and my dad my sister couldn't come she had to work she wants a cake we had Ecuadorian food for dinner

    That was a very cute kundalini reset and I love your teaching but you didn’t guide the breath right with more specific instructions.
    Also you didn’t explain at the end what the mudra we were holding does.
    Lastly I think kundalini sets are supposed to be a bit faster and last a little longer .
