My favorite was the series of side push ups for the tricep to side leg lift with weighted shoulder press and I added lifting the bottom leg forward!! I loved this workout as much as I have loved using other videos of yours. Each time I surprise my body with moves that are unfamiliar, I struggle with the move yet I am determined to finish the video. I hope to work out consistently and get better with my endurance.

Great movements that work multiple muscles at a time! Low impact - my joints thank you! Some moves were very challenging the first time but better the second time around:)

When you said "for an added challenge . . . ", for the first I time I could not do the challenge. Point being is that I loved every second (in spite of said challenge). I always enjoy spending time with you and your perfect and challenging workouts!
Used 5 lb weights for this and it was just enough resistance for me. Very good and challenging barre/pilates workout. Loved the incorporation of the triceps in this too! Triceps seem like they never get much of a workout in most pilates or barre workouts. This workout is a keeper for me. Thanks for the included cool down also!

Agree. And I initially started with 8 pound weights thinking 2 pounds is nothing. I ditched the 8 for the 1 1/2 pound weights 😂😂😂
