Love all your workouts! Request- can you do some 10-15 minute ab workouts with weights? Love the ab work with weights that are in your full body weight workouts. Would love to have a couple just ab weight videos I can do with my cardio days. Thanks for all your awesome content!
I love all your videos so far. Like when each has warm up and cool down together in one video and 20min workout in-between. That way I don't need to search for your separate warm up/cool down videos. But love them all. Really works the body well.

This was terrific Mik! I really liked the combination of dumbbells and the band. Any chance you could apply a difficulty rating to your workouts? Most I find plenty challenging, but there are a few that seem substantially less difficult.

I prefer work on my back more than planks. My left foot only has 3.5 points as my big toe doesn’t touch the ground due to multiple surgeries. Some plank work is okay. Yes I felt the burn today.
Thank you for your amazing workouts..but I have a question..every time I workout I feel that I’m so tired and I’m not doing anything right..despite I try all my best to complete the video but I feel tired while working out and I feel that I’m not doing any move right..how can I stop thinking that way? And how you don’t get tired?

I have think I am finding at least for me the BARRE workouts are more of a challenge then all the others I have done from you. Love them!!
