Good for you for not giving up. So proud of you! I was overweight for many years too so I understand. I started walking 20-40 minutes every other day and the weight melted off. Now, I'm in decent shape but it's taken years. You can do it...start slowly.
I love these mat workouts! I'm 65 snd have ankle arthritis from an injury. Standing Squats and lunges are a no go. This is awesome. I also love the non obnoxious music and no hype!! Thank you!!

26 weeks pregnant and apart from not being able to do one exercise I enjoyed this and felt the burn in my arms would love to see more similar to this to keep me going I love how it was all floor based as I don't allways find being on my feet that easy being pregnant

This is such a necessary workout to keep in the rotation! It’s great during PMS, or in my case: as I wind down for the evening! Also, I used 2 lb weights, and the burn was very much going!
