I love how this is a middle ground between barre and heavier weighted workouts especially on days where I still want to do some weights but not go super heavy and intense. With that said, this was quite intense in a different, more gentle way and that's why strength barre is awesome. Thank you so much for keeping it fun, lively and down to earth

My first workout in a year after a knee injury. I knew NML was what I needed, because Rachel could get me through the 25m modified workout. While I did wobble a bit, there was 'some' muscle memory. Glad to workout with you two again. Thank you both!♥️

your barre workouts are all great, but this is my favorite! I like using 10 lb weights for barre strength- gives me a physical and mental break from heavier weights, but still a good sweat. Your barre and kickboxing workouts are my go-to ones for those days when I don't feel like I have much energy but still want to do something. Then I end up feeling energized afterward, thank you!

I’m 6 months post partum with my 2nd baby after an 8 year hiatus…and I just can’t get to the gym right now! Most home workouts just don’t make me feel like I’m working hard so I was so excited to find your channel a couple of weeks ago! The workouts you have created are incredible-I love all of the variety and how you always bring the intensity! 🔥🔥🔥
