Yes this was an intense fiery🔥 workout - I used a Pilates ring between knees on the last 2 moves to work the adductors💪👍 not so keen on this music - loved the music on the cardio workout I did to start😊

I love the quick paced workout format with no repeats and few rests. Great for my busy schedule--and I get bored with workouts that repeat the same moves
Loved the quicker pace with less rest periods! I appreciated the combo moves to help the time feel even faster. I get bored easily, so doing fire hydrants for the whole time would kill me mentally and I would give up sooner. Doing the combos saved me and I made it through each round.
I like that you keep so many of your comments directly to the point of the exercise or to form and not too much chit chat. I like the 4 small breaks for this one, but for arms I need those 15 secs after 45 secs of work. Thanks for asking.

Loved it! I used weights for most of the moves. Also, I usually like having a break between each exercise, but it made sense to structure this one the way you did. Your workouts are always so creative and well thought-out.
Loved the workout, personally I think a 5 second transition should be added because without it one is spending about that amount of time moving from one exercise to the next and so the interval is getting cut about 5seconds anyway., even as you’re demoing you need the seconds to get from one place to the other. I think it would make for a smoother transition and ensure good form instead of rushing because no break and having a sloppy or compromised form

Perfect effective and efficient Butt and Thighs workout! The most challenging was the Donkey Kick to Fire Hydrant, wowza!! I really liked the faster pace with smaller breaks on this one because it kept the constant tension on the muscles. Awesome workout!!! Week 3/Day 2 of the Winter Challenge 2023 is done and dusted!! ☑️ 👍 And, loved it again on Week 8/Day 3!! Such an awesome burn!! 🔥
If you're not going to take a break after each exercise, it might be an idea to list the exercises and running order in the description so we can see what to do next. I missed a few seconds as I had to check with the TV what I was doing next. Great for the glutes thank you.
Hi ! I don’t mind a super short break just from transitioning from one position to another. It helps with these floor movements. Standing probably even a shorter break.
Day 2 week 3 great combination of a quick effective upper body and a 15 minute effective booty workout. Really like the 15 minute format. It gives you the opportunity to fit in a short workout even if time us tight ✔️👍😁
