I made this last night and followed exactly what she said. was a delicious loaf. I used 93% as it was on sale and came out great. I baked steak fries in separate pan for same time with loaf and was perfect---THANK YOU.
OK, I MADE THIS TONIGHT USING YOUR RECIPE, IT TURNED OUT GREAT. I AM A BIG HUNGRY MAN, SO I USED THREE POUNDS OF 100% CHOPPED SIRLOIN AND ADDED A LITTLE MORE INGREDIENTS TO MAKE IT JUST RIGHT. THANKS FOR YOUR VIDEO. BON APPETIT.
Found this on tribe yesterday. Made it tonight. Added green peppers. Used basil in lieu of parsley. Delicious. I did have to cook it a god bit longer to get to 160 deg. Thanks
Ive made this recipe at least 5 times. There are never any left overs. I do use the 80/20 ground beef though but its not to bad with the grease. Thank you so much for a great recipe. I absolutely love that glaze
BY FAR THE BEST. The only thing i do different is to simmer the diced onions 1/3 to 1/2cup, 2 cloves (1 tsp Minced Garlic, and 1 tsp thyme in a little olive oil until they are translucent. let cool, then mix everything together.
I never did top it uncooked. Always top it after after finish cooking it. Then for at lease 10 more minutes top it. Presentation looks very good though. I will try it. Thanks for sharing 👍
Nice job, this is the same meatloaf recipe my mom made when I was growing up, it is a classic. It always surprises me how many people there are that can't cook the most basic things, it is kind sad if you think about it. The good news is that they have you, keep up the good work and thanks for sharing.
My favorite dish, meatloaf, mash potatoes ,gravy and veggies like string bean or peas on the side, I am so hooked on this dish when I go to a diner this is the only thing I always order, am going to try your recipe, so thank you for sharing this video with us ,it looks so delicious. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍✌.
Two questions: why aren't using a good quality meatloaf mix (beef, pork, and veal) and why aren't you sautéing the onions before adding them to the mix? Thank you.
Also at the start she said she was using diced onions but they look more like rough chopped, once she has it sliced and plated where did those big pieces of onion disappear too?
I'm seeing where comments are some times are about wearing gloves when cooking which that is good in some cases yes but I've seen people in hotels / restaurant wearing gloves and still cross contaminating , it's all should be in the mind first and foremost of how to properly handle food , when and how to properly wash hands , I see people touching on their bodies , the face , hair , touching stuff , handling the fridge door , all sorts of things and still go back to making burgers and and all , and not even realizing , but that's just the way they are , if it's in you , it's just in you , and that's why when someone does the wrong way we know , etc , I rather cook my own food , for real
IT WOULD HAVE TASTED AND LOOK BETTER IF YOU WOULD'VE ADDED DICED RED, GREEN, YELLOW AND ORANGE PEPPERS ALONG WITH THE DICED ONIONS. YOU ALSO SHOULD'VE ADDED MEATLOAF MIX TO GIVE IT ADDED FLAVOR. SO I GUESS YOUR MEATLOAF TASTED BLAND.
Always wear disposable gloves when making meat loaf. Working with bare hands is simply wrong. This is the reason I always do my own cooking you never know where other peoples hands have been.
funny I'd love yo ba fly on ur wall in ur kitchen I guarantee u dont use gloves every time u make meals.. if I'm making my food beating my food no I'm not using gloves I know I was my thnx and how to keep my area sanitized.. common sense

All we have in the house is white wine vinegar. Can I use that in the glaze instead of red?
Look great
Yummy...
Venison worked so well here
What is ground muckup???
The last ingredient for the spices, is that 1/4 tsp ground mustard? Couldn't quite catch it even after 5 times listening. Thanks
ground black pepper

Had forgotten how much I missed meatloaf as a kid. You took me backnda. Many thanks and keep the recipes coming - Johnny
Does the cooking temperature take into account whether the oven is fan-forced or not?
I like topping mine with sloppy joe manwich sauce, it's awesome!
Best meatloaf recipe love it
Mmmmm I need this Im soo hungry for meatloaf ❤❤❤
Any reason you used two loaf pans?
Thanks for sharing! New subscriber😊

Can I bake it in a pie pan? I don't have a loaf pan.
@ Autumn Spring
Since it won't be as deep as a loaf pan, It'll cook faster. I would go 325* and keep an eye on it.
That glaze looks so yummy
Is there a version of this recipe with grams/ml?
Please describe or list the ingerirían Thanks
John Coffey approves.
my meatloaf "glaze" is a bacon-weave :-)
You're awesome
Is that really only one pound of beef? It looks like one and a half or two pounds. Just curious.
She's beautiful 🤩🤩🤩🤩❤️❤️❤️
If I want to use 2 pounds of ground beef, should I just double the ingredients for everything else?
@ Kathleen Pachcolski
Yes. 👍🏻
I like meatloaf.
Never used just 1 lb of hamburger before interesting.
Great recipe, loved it. By the way, Worcestershire is pronounced Woostersheer, as Leicester in pronounced Lester. You say tomato, I say tomaato! :o)
..wow!.. y'yummy, how beautiful☆.. everything♡.. #okei
too lean of beef ... dry ... 80/20 at the very least for a moist and tender meatloaf
Need onion
you can tell , she has never cooked before
😂
Tried this recipe and followed perfectly. Way to dry and way to bland. Would not recommend.
the background swaying makes me feel like i'm on drugs
wimps
Awful

That's interesting that you wear gloves to make your own food. I prefer to just wash my hands.
