      It did take me an hour! I took a lot of breaks in between but I pushed myself to finish in an hour and now I am pooped 😂 It's amazing that you got through this intense workout! 🎉💪

    I stopped working out about 1.5 months back because i was in a really toxic relationship and didn't get time to focus on myself. FINALLY I AM BACK!!! i got dumped which did hurt but i am so much better now. I can finally focus on myself and do what i love! SO HAPPY TO BE BACK!💞💓💕

    I know that this video is an year old. I've been going through a lot emotionally, but this workout along with anna helped me to finally start to take care of myself. This was intense. I had to alter, take breaks and slow down at times. But this workout truly made me so much more better emotionally. This is a reminder to everyone struggling, YOU ARE ENOUGH AND AWESOME. You are more capable than you know. Love your body and mind for the amazing things it can do. Cheers!

      I am so sorry! I got viral pneumonia this summer and it really f*cked me up! It took me a couple months to get back to normal. Pneumonia can really take a toll on muscle mass.

    Too many jumps for these old knees, but lots of butt & hamstring strengthening. Just do alternative exercises for the hops.

    This looks so fun, I can definitely do this. I’m so tired of doing laying down ab workouts plus I tend to get dizzy quickly when doing on ground workouts so maybe this will change it.

    Great workout definitely a challenge for me. I had to stop several times but I made it through. Thanks I look forward to doing more of your workouts. I really like the no repeat I can push through almost any exercise knowing I only have to do it once lol.

    Really enjoyed that one! I've been feeling a bit depressed today, but I knew working out would help and it definitely did! The slams and punches were very appropriate and they helped to improve my gloomy state. So thanks a lot, Anna!

    I just finished the workout. Normally I don‘t like all standing workouts because the exercises are so boring and I like laying down exercises.
    BUT this workout was great!🧡 So much variety and fun exercises and I’m still sweating like hell.

    Omggg this was intense and super fun!! I usually lift weights and I wanna up my cardio, but a lot of these cardio vids are a little too easy. But NOT this one, this one kept me grasping for air and the music was fireee too! Super fun and I love that she claps for us in between sets. Thank you 🙏🏻❤️

    I never did one of your workouts but now I did and started crying at the „you are stronger than you think“ mark. I am so bad at cardio but thought this would be alright and ended up finishing even though it was really brutal. Nice workout!

    I liked this. Exactly what i was looking for. I'd never come across this page before. More than anything, I'm learning you really have to know what key words to put in for which results. Literally typed in "30 min hiit workout standing" and this popped right up. I do a little 5-6 min quick preview of the workout prior to doing it and this was precise and on point. Granted, I alternated a few of the steps but kept the PACE, which is equally important. Great workout.

    OMG! I'm getting out covid and I haven't been able to train. Covid damaged my lunges and I've been really sad.Yesterday, the doctor gave me green light to train again and I started doing your videos! OMG! I feel so relaxed, happy and energized. I needed this! Is not too soft but you combine this sequences so perfect, that I can have a rest and also train... I don't know. I feel really thankful.

    I have a love/hate relationship with the percentage indicator: hate when it's at 15%, but love to see it at 85%! Great workout as always!

    I love these standing sequences. I have sensitive wrists so can't always do intense weight bearing on my hands (like burpees and climbers). So these are excellent for me!!

    I saw your reel about reasons for working out, included in it was to get stronger so you can carry your own groceries. So here I am on my first day, forgot to do some stretches and lasted for only 13 minutes but I'll come back tomorrow, I'll definitely go at my own pace till I can catch up 💪🏻

    I got up to 50% and I’ve burned 109 calories! What a super workout keep up the amazing work! ❤
    Edit 1: just finished the 2nd half and in that half I’ve burnt 114 calories!
    1st half: 109 kcal
    2nd half: 114 kcal
    Overal: 223 kcal

    I've been practicing your videos since November 2020, when I started workout after the birth of my son. One year and it´s part of my every day and my all life!. I am sick right now and it´s the biggest pause since November - five days without these great exercises, music and positives vibes. I am so sad but I looking forward to this video!     The hardest move was the front/back hop. That simple little move hit a little muscle I didn’t even know I had. 🔥🔥🔥

    Absolute perfection. Those slams are just so good for taking out any anger/frustration/sadness. Those tuck jump jacks at the end though omg 🔥

    I haven't exercised in a while because I fell into depression 😖 , yesterday I decided to resume it again and wow 🥵🤩 I gave everything how much I felt that my muscles contracted and at the same time burning I took out my depression in those moments 👊🏻👊🏻 and wow I felt so good after exercise, just like today this new video helped me remember what it's like to exercise. 🦵🏻💪🏻🤘🏻

    This is the first time I do one of your hiit workouts and when I tell y’all I DIED like I almost gave up but I didn’t cause I knew it was gonna be worth it and I’m so proud I finished it like you will get tired but don’t think just start it!
