20 Min FULL BODY DUMBBELL WORKOUT at Home | No Repeat

  • A full body dumbbell workout at home to hit the whole body in just 20 minutes! Grab your dumbbells and join me!
    In this no repeat dumbbell full body workout we will be targeting the quads, hamstrings, glutes, core, shoulders, back, chest and arms!
    You will need a pair of dumbbells, mat and a chair (but only if you prefer to sit for shoulder press due to weights being heavier or to provide extra support) The dumbbells I am using are 12.5kg each (approx 27.5lbs each) for your reference.
    Simply follow along! The following exercises are each performed once for 40 seconds, followed with 20 seconds rest before moving onto next exercise!
    HIGH SQUATS
    FWD STEP LUNGES
    STATIC LUNGES
    STATIC LUNGES
    STAGGERED ROMANIAN DEADLIFT
    STAGGERED ROMANIAN DEADLIFT
    SINGLE LEG BRIDGE
    SINGLE LEG BRIDGE
    SHOULDER PRESS
    FRONTAL RAISE
    RENEGADE ROW ALTERNATING
    PULL OVER
    ALTERNATING CURLS
    SUPINE ROW
    CHEST PRESS
    PUSH UPS
    TRICEP PRESS
    DIAMOND PUSH UPS
    WEIGHTED CRUNCH
    LEG LOWER TO OPEN
    PLANK (4 mins)!!!
    Please ensure you warm up for at least 5 minutes prior to this strength workout.
    The weights you have may be lighter than you prefer and if so simply perform at a slightly faster pace whilst keeping form good.
    Of course, with alterations, simply perform push ups on knees and leg lower bend at knees or alternate leg lower!
    I hope you feel strong after this full body workout with dumbbells!!
    And trust me... the plank is challenging after this so well done!!

    This lady has helped me tremendously i started with small attempts b4 i saw her work she brakes down each movement so you can perform them correctly ive lost nearly 40 lbs since following her execises yes even men can improve their body and life thank you carolin you are amazing

      Been working everyday for 12 weeks and the results have been incredible. Caroline is the only trainer I follow. Defo an increase in lean muscle, reduction in waist size and more defined. Well done 👏 on the weight loss thats an amazing achievement.

    This workout was a BURN for sure. My weight is increasing. I will have to purchase 20lbs of weights soon. I never thought I would be lifting 20lb weights. I am getting much stronger than I thought I would be. I am getting some muscle definition for sure in my upper body. Thank you Caroline for all the hard work you do.

    so glad i found this channel/ quick video. I find it really helps for my mental health when I'm so exhausted (like today) and too anxious to throw my self around with cardio. A quick weight session feels easier to mentally access/start yet still provides an equally strong challenge. This whole channel of Caroline's actually makes me feel safe and not pressured. The language used and the general message is good for me personally, focussing on strength and doing your best, not focussing on achieving an often unattainable 'body ideal' which just feels disempowering and stressful and makes me not want to exercise! Thank you so much Caroline for all that you do.

    As a mom of a 1 year old these intense 20 min workouts are perfect. I used to do your longer workouts before becoming a mama but now that I’m working full time and caring for my baby, I’ve gotta pack it into 20 minutes and these workouts make me feel like I’m still making progress. 💪

    I got off my knees for the push ups! I wasn't exactly cracking them out at a great rate of knots and I still can't do the diamond ones but definitely an improvement. Just shows you're never too old :D Thanks, Caroline, you're the best!

    Love this one! I've graduated to 12lb weights- I combine 10 lb dumbbells + 2 lb wrist weights and it works out great. For this workout , I did first-half twice then second-half twice. Thank you for being our personal trainer.

    Caroline, you did it again. This one was off the chain good. Used 15 lb dumbbells and a 25 lb kettlebell for the single weight movements. Also, did only full push ups with breaks in between. You truly motivates me. Thank you.

I can shoulder press dumbbells day half my normal weight and make it feel so heavy by faster pace, hence more reps etc! Well done!!! 👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼

    Hey Caroline! Just wanted to say this specific workout is probably my favourite of all the other ones out there in general that I’ve ever tried! 🤩🤩🤩 I genuinely appreciate the work and thought you put into your workout! 🙏🏻❤️And this one specifically is my most favourite! 🥳 Love how it targets everything, no repeats (I definitely get bored easily) and a good challenge. I’m feeling some soreness today which is exactly how it should be;) Yesterday I paired this routine with a cardio walk (which is always a part of my workout) to get me warm and sweaty and it turned into an hour+ of an amazing, hard and fun workout! Just what I’m looking for. Thank you a million!!! Please consider bringing more of these 20-30 min full-body workouts with dumbbells. In my opinion they’re really effective especially when you combine them with 30-40 min of moderate cardio. Can’t wait to try out more with you!🥰

    Dear Caroline - This video saved me during our 3 month lockdown in Sydney Australia. I can't explain the ways but the basics are a quick hard workout with little space or equipment needed. The gorgeous person helped a lot too. Thank you! Thank you!

    I have been following along for about 1 year now, mostly focusing on the strength / weight sessions and throw in a few 10min HIIT sessions a week. This has helped so much with my trail running! Thank you so much!!

    Caroline, Yet another fierce workout. My shoulders are still smouldering. Every session I do with you works me just that bit more. You should be proud of what you are doing for people. Its. fresh, interesting and more importantly you are helping people strengthen, define not only their body, but mind too.     This is the best 20 minutes full body workout I have done in a while. Went by so fast and whole body is worked up and sweaty as well if you care about it. One of my favorites from now on. 😍
