DIVERSE 30 MIN FULL BODY WORKOUT - Dumbbells & Bodyweight | No Repeat

  • So many exercises within this 30 minute full body workout to hit those legs, glutes, shoulders, back and arms! Mostly dumbbells as resistance with some bodyweight only exercises too! No repeat, no jumping, full body!
    For this full body workout, you will need a pair of dumbbells, a chair for some dips and Bulgarian lunges and your mat!
    The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 15kg each and 9 kg each!
    The timer will be on for 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest!

    I just discovered this gem last year searching for a 30 minute wkout. Since then I've completed 4 rounds of Iron. I'm now going to go through all of her full body's. This one made me sweat! She probably won't read this, she's such a busy bee. But from one of your senior mama's from the U.S, I'm forever grateful.😍

    We went to the beach this weekend but I was so determined to get this workout in that I got up at 7:15 am on a Saturday morning and did it in the tiny hotel fitness room before heading out. That’s really saying something, coming from a total night owl!

    Did this for the first time with a 7 Kg dumbbell and I'm so happy that I was able to get through the entire workout.. I feel confident and stronger now...
    This is coming from someone who is relatively thin and petite and who is often assumed to be "weak" by others. Remember guys, you can do it too❤😊

    You are very strong! Otherwise, the leg exercises encourage failure as there aren't many opportunities to recover before going on to the next exercise; more like Full Body* (*leg centric full body)

    Hi Caroline! Such a light and fluffy week. In the beginning I was a bit sad since we got so used to your longer sessions, but that actually gave a chance to go back to some of my old cadio dance and kickboxing workouts to supplement.
    The triceps and biceps work this week were painfully painfull.. Loved the lower body sessions, they were quite light.. The weighted core work is just splendid.. The hollow hold session was challenging!
    Looking forward to Sunday has to offer!

      @@matthewalmond4688 I did the very best I could, knowing that there is a rest day tomorrow to recover with a walk or a bike ride gave me what I needed to squeeze a few more reps into this workout... Then I saw Caroline blessed us with a bicep Add-on! 💪🏾I know you'll have a great session Matthew!

    Friday always brings interesting workouts 💪this whole series is amazing and very very interesting in a very short period of time u can perform all d main exercises ......this series has taught us no matter what we can do it with full dedication and enjoy the great results afterwards...

    Just finished….and I CRAWLED to my mat like a wounded animal! 15 seconds rest was not enough, had to pause a few times to breathe! Thank goodness this was only 30 minutes! But thank you so very much for pushing us Caroline! You are one amazing person! 💖🇺🇸

    Great workout! My only comment would be to add at least a five minute warm up before heading into the first exercise. Need to get the heart rate up a wee bit before lifting those weights in the renegade row!

    My favorite!!!! It was so challenging yet fun! I did it twice to get in an hour. 30lbs and 20lbs. Sweating buckets and loving every second! Thank you so very much!

    That was a lot of FUN! I throughly enjoyed that!!😄 I really enjoyed the leg work today. Loved the Bulgarians, the staggered RDL to lunges, curtseys to lunges and the goblet squat. I really liked the holds for the rows, Bulgarians and on the toes!!🔥 And of course, you have to love the burn the squat to press creates. I was excited when the makers came on for the finisher😅! Great way to finish the workout. Thank Caroline! Now onto the bicep blowup!! 💪🏻😊

    When you e completed all the programmes and then you’re spoilt for choice when you fancy a full body!!. Unfortunately I’m having to drop weights lately as going through some joint pain because of the dreaded menopause!! 😢.. still doing it though. And I always look forward to seeing this gorgeous face on the screen giving me the drive I need. 🙏❤️🙌

    I did this after feeling very sorry for myself because I had skipped workouts a few days and I just got my period. But this made me feel good. I am on a kind of weightless traject. But more I want to heal myself from binge eating and lose weight because I healed myself. I have been bingeing because of pre menstrual syndrome. I felt really bad about myself. Besides a few exercises I was able to complete the workout. I'm so happy and proud. Even though I am heavier.. I workout regularly because I love it. And the weightloss will come at its own time. I'm also training to do a 10 k. And that's going well as well.

    I usually never stop during a workout I just slow down and focus on my form. Ik had to quit during the diver push ups because I felt like I was going to vomit. Soaking wet now. IL give it another try tomorrow. Thanks Caroline!

    I was mentally looking forward 1 hour full body workout! I even had chocolates for breakfast to energize lol but when I saw 30 mins I was alike okay maybe 30 mins is one hour :) wasn’t disappointed I added the 15mins triceps and 10mins abs and felt so great afterwards 😀 Happy Friday, Caroline and everyone. enjoy your workout
