    How much more relaxing is stretching without an instructor talking over it? This is exactly what I needed to stretch out all the stiffness after FUEL workouts will def be coming back to this one thank you 😊

    This is my favorite stretching video on youtube. The choice of movements, background music, the finishers everything is spot on for me. and also I love that she don't speak throughout the video. It makes me to focus on myself and just relax in my own world. Thank you Caroline!

    Yesssss! That is the one thing I’ve been craving from CG, a stretch only routine for muscle health after our tough workouts! I’ve seemed those elsewhere, but now we are full circle between warm ups, a full workout library, and post workout stretches. Fabulous!

    I just finished my one hour brisk walk and was planning to do some stretching. This 20 mins stretch really hit the spot! It had all the stretches that I was looking for. 👍🏻

    I first tried this 7 months ago and thought it was amazing. Since then, I do my best to fit it into my schedule, usually after an EPIC workout, at least 3 times a week. I still love everything about it. I feel so calm and relaxed afterwards. It is my favourite ‘stretch’ of all time. Thank you Caroline. You are awesome 🤩💖

    This is one of my favorite stretch routines, I keep coming back to it! I started doing stretching and using Shiydf for almost half year (with breaks). I was 161cm , now I am 166cm!🌈❤

    I did it!! Completed this workout….so happy! I was unable to do this a couple of months ago, but with regular workout sessions I was able to complete the squats as low as Caroline goes!

    Top pro teaching for free. Its been great pleasure to find your blog, from the net universe. Your audience is 95% female, so its an honour to join the community as male. We guys are often stronger but much stifter, so this video clip is for us especially beneficial. I have been training martial arts for 48 years and teaching half on that period, so done and taught lot of streching too, related to our genre, but did find some new adaptations in this clip.     Aww, this is like a sweet spa side of Caroline. 🥰 Her intro voice is so soothing as opposed to her training videos where she's pumped up and ready to smash it. 👊 I truly love this lady.     I did this one this morning I loved it because it reminded me of yoga at the studio which closed due to the pandemic and I got emotional because tomorrow is the one year anniversary of my sister's death and I my job closed during this time because of the pandemic and now unemployment is requiring work searches and I am scared to go back to work at 64 and been out of work almost a year. It was so nice to just get on the mad and stretch with no talk and just listen to the timer without having to look up. Love your music too. I will be incorporating you back in my routine.

    I've tried many stretch routines but I keep coming back to this one. There is absolutely no comparison: the sequence, the music, the quietness and relaxation it brings... And the results! I've done this several times (usually after leg days) and I feel perfect afterwards. With the other teachers... no way! Brilliant, Caroline!!! Absolutely brilliant! 👏

    Just did this stretching after a HIIT workout for my active rest day. Definitely gonna try my best to incorporate this stretching routine after every EPIC 2 workout. Thank you, Caroline
