      It was really súper fan i did some stretching ballet exercises and I see this new video and say why not it’s only 12 min and was super fun 🤩 sweaty but easy to follow

    One of her lighter exercises,but she still gets your heart pumping, especially on the 3rd and final round. She adds a lot more jumps.

    Hey, Anna! I love workouts like this. I was wondering if you could make a few more workouts that are 15-20 minutes long. I don’t always have time for a 30 minute workout, although I would love to have time for it. Tabata and HIIT are my two favorites. I would really appreciate it!

    This cardio exercise is very usefull even just 12 mnts but it's burn enough ....It's very good for me pendant my fasting. I still can do exercise before my break fasting. Thank you Growingannanas for your all creation,... GBU

    I just turned 50 and been active my whole life - I needed an overhaul of my workouts to maintain a healthy and thin body despite getting older - your workouts are awesome and have helped me get motivated all over again - I know im not your target audience but screw it - you gave an old lady happiness and challenges again.
